Hi, will you guys be implementing mega menus in eventually? Mega menus are something a lot of consumers want to see.
We have such plans but we must first test if it can be integrated properly.

Currently, it won’t work as it should. We will be releasing a mega menu feature in the next version of the theme that is coming out very soon.
It seems that one of the new releases broke the plugin somehow. I also tried with fresh install, same issues: - Not working without WooCommerce anymore - Search / Filters not working properly

Which plugin is broken? The theme is recommended to be used with WooCommerce from a very long time ago.
Ok – WooCommerce is fine. But what about searching / filtering? No matter if I use the original slugs or my own, no chance. One of the problems is that it uses “search_type=deal” in the URL, however only “post_type=deal” seems to work.
Could you please send us a support ticket via the Support tab of the theme. Please, mention which search field (is it the widget, the search in the background video or the search in the header). Thank you.

We are interested in your coupon theme, but we need to know if the following option is included:
We need to have a unique password for each coupon that cannot be redeemed unless the vendor adds this password, so the customer doesnot need to print or download the voucher.
the quest is : is the feature included in the theme? if not are you planning to add it? if you are planning to add it, when is it expected? if you are not planning to add it to the theme can you customize it for us? and if yes how much would this cost?

It seems your server is running on a very low PHP version. Please contact your hosting provider to update it or otherwise you will have problems with many WordPress themes.

Unfortunately, CouponHut doesn’t natively support RTL support. You can implement such feature using plugins or hiring a freelancer.

Hi, I just purchased. Great theme so far. Questions:
1.) On the main home demo page, instead of a “Search deals” is it possible to put the display search header there below the text so that users can search based on keywords/categories and most importantly, location?
2.) Is there a way to give the sticky menu some shadow below the header bar to make it stand out more and not blend in with the page?
3.) Is it possible to adjust the template so that 4 items show up on the category page per row instead of 3? The spacing is too much for 3. Same with the shops page.

1) You can insert it above all the other content and above video header…
2) This can be done with a simple CSS code that we can send to you if you end up buying the theme.
3) Some little changes will be needed for this but keep in mind that the names and pricings can be shrinked there could be styling bugs because the theme is not created with such narrow deals in mind.

We already purchased the theme. Please look at our tags “Purchased” “Supported”. Also, for question #1, yes we know we can insert it above the video header but we need it ON the video header (we are using an image), so instead of “search deals” that search hear bar with the location would be visible instead.

1. There is currently no such option available. Changes to the PHP files will be needed, and we recommend you hiring a freelancer for such functionality.
2. You can use the following CSS code in Appearance > Theme Settings > Styling > Custom CSS:

There are no specific requirements so that you can use the theme. Do you receive any errors when visiting the site or is it not completely not loading? Disable any 3rd party plugins one by one to see if there is some problematic plugin.

It seems your servers is on a very old PHP version. Please consider, contacting your hosting provider to update or change it, as with the current version you will have many problems with Wordpress themes.

I have question concerning the following widgets “Deal Categories” and “Deal Companies”. Can you customize the order?
For example currently the “deal companies” are in alphabetical order but would like the to select featured companies order. Right now the companies that start with “A” will get more exposure.

Nice theme, am facing one issue. After installing the demo, the site does not work and WP gives a message : WordPress has been updated! Before we send you on your way, we have to update your database to the newest version.
Then there is no option to cancel and the site gets reseted every time after accepting the upgrade.

We have answered to your first two questions via email.
As for the third option – when you are creating/editing a deal you can select its Company and Category on the right side. As for the City and Country they are automatically loaded after you select a location on the Google Map for the deal. Just make sure you have enabled Geolocation and put the Google API Key from Appearance > Theme Settings > Deals.
You can read more about how to setup the theme and deals in the documentation. In the documentation folder open the index.html file in your browser.

1. In the Admin dashboard, in Deals > Deal Categories you can add and edit the categories for the deals.
2. In Appearance > Theme Settings > Styling & Layout you can check where to show the search header. And in the Deals tab, under Geolocation you can hide the cities and country fields.
Hi, I have some questions regarding your theme. Any help would be much appreciated!
I would like:
A. my client (e.g. a small shop owner) to be able to register their business by themselves.
B. my client to be able to issue a fixed number of coupons and make them available for download through my website. (e.g. 100 Coupons, after first download they become 99 etc.)
C. to be able to charge my client a fixed amount per coupon.
D. each coupon to be unique, by using some sort of ID code.
E. my client to be able to have an issued coupon checking system or simply a printed list with the ID codes of all issued coupons, that will allow him to monitor which and how many of his coupons have already been used for purchases.
Are any of these possible with your theme, and if not how can I end up with something similar by using it?

A and B are possible. The theme doesn’t support unique coupons and per coupon charge.
We suggest you hiring a freelancer to implement your additional features. They should be an easy work for one. For example you can find one on “Envato Studio”.

Hi there,
1. For example, you can use the theme to give affiliate links to deals. As each deal can have a custom URL to which it can automatically redirect and copy the deal code in the user clipboard for use.
2. Everything seen in the demo is achievable without any additional plugins outside the ones that the theme comes with.
3. and 4. The theme uses WooCommerce for user registration and checkout. It uses a separate Deal post type and not the WooCommerce native Product post type.

I almost forgot to ask this too. After purchasing a deal, can user be given an email or a link to download to print out their pdf invoice to claim the deal or something like that for type of deal that is required to physically claim such as restaurant discount ? and a promotion link or a coupon code for those that can be claimed online ? Yes, of course, a user can submit in the front end without any plugins. There is a demo of such page under Pages in the navigation menu.
There is no email functionality in the theme. It should be a very easy work for a freelancer to implement .

great theme with awesome out-of-the-box-features. It’s really easy to work with the theme and our website is running pretty well. I do have a feature request though or maybe you could give me ah hint on how to program it myself. I need to be able to limit the amount of available coupons for certain deals.
Do you plan to add this feature down the line? Is it possible to add this functionality without too much hassle by myself?

Unfortunately, it will require a little bit work and theme customizations and we recommend you to contact a freelancer if you don’t have the needed PHP knowledge.

1) You could do something with the “GEO my WP” plugin. It will add additional location field for each deal which it will use to display the deals on a map. Although these fields will be separate from the location fields of the theme, which CouponHut uses for its own result.

I would like to buy your theme but I have some doubts
I installed an older version of your theme to see how it works and I really like it ..
But when I activate the plugin that you indicated “GEO my WP” apparently has conflicts with the location option that comes by default. the location options Stop working and the map can not be dragged or search some location- When I disable the plugin “GEO my WP” the location option works again.
i know tht this old version of the theme doesnt work wiht api google maps.. i just add the google maps script with api key in header.php to make it works..
My question is with the latest version of the theme could fix the problem with GEO my WP plugin?

We tested the theme, and it seems it’s not compatible (at least not from the get-go) with the plugin. You will need an additional customization work from a freelancer (for example, you can find one on https://studio.envato.com/ )to make them work together.

The theme used Ultimate Member only in the first version. It no longer uses it. Now CouponHut comes with implementation fo WooCommerce. You can enable WooCommerce > Settings > Account and check the register user fields.
When creating a new deal, there is a “Registered Members Only” field. Just check that for the deal that you want.
It’s recommended to read the documentation in documentation/index.html that comes with the zip package.
