The tour system is not compatible with Woocommerce. However, you may use Woocommerce independently if you want.

Unfortunately, we are not planning for that. Actually, this is not possible because our system isn’t based on Woocommerce. We create our own system.

Hello, is it possible for the clients to choose the time of the tour? Having multiple tours daily, for example in the morning and in the afternoon. And the website will manage the number of bookings so it doesn’t make an overbooking. Thanks, PS: Awesome theme

This is in the plan for our future big update(which should be launched within this month.) However, we can not 100% promise that this can be done because we have to look at it first if it’s too complicate for our system or not.

I found there is folder plugin in child theme but when i put some files from tourmaster plugin in right folder (../child-theme/plugin/tourmaster/single/tour.php), it doesn’t loaded from theme folder…

Hi, I really like your theme! Couple of questions: 1. How big is the space for the logo if positioned on the far left? What’s the maximum px size that can be used without messing up the menus/header? 2. I read that WooCommerce can’t be used for tour booking payments. How are payments handled then? Thanks 3. Is there an option to set 2 pricings for each tour: one as in a group and one as private? 4. Can the CHILD field be removed form the booking section (leaving only the ADULT field)? 5. 1. It depends on you. You can adjust the size (top and bottom padding and logo width) to make it perfect for you. There’s no maximum for this.
2. This theme supports Paypal, Paymill, Authorized.net and Stripe. You have to link your payment gateway account(four that mentioned) to the theme. For Paymill, Authorized.net and Stripe, just choose one of them as they’re the same credit card payment. Or you can let customer book the tour and do the bank transfer and submit receipt manually. 3. Currently, we don’t have this feature. However, you can create a coupon code for discount and provide to them.

I just bought the theme, which you say is WPML ready.
I scanned the theme for strings, and changed the “Days” and “Hours” (shown on each tour) in WPML String translation, but on the front end it still says Days and Hours, despite looking at the danish version.
Where do i translate these terms properly?

For example if there’re two customers, if they stay in the same room, the should pay less than staying in individual room(These are for tour booking.) However, we do not have the feature for hotel booking in this theme.
Your listing says theme last updated May 6, but changelog only lists changes up to April 19. Is there a pending change coming or is the update available and the changelog needs to be updated?

Seems there is a bug for search tours: when keywords section being removed, only keep location, duration etc. there is no search result. But after re-add the keywords section, there comes the search result. Pls check it if this is a general problem on search function. THX.

Well, for those info are fixed but you can disable ones you don’t need. Just don’t put the info in the tour setting so it won’t show.
But if you’d like to change icon, you have to edit in the code directly but we can guide where it is. Just open a ticket in our support site
