Actually it is not a stupid question, but, unfortunately we do not have a HTML version. Estato is available only in form of WordPress theme.

Dear, I have a Construction Company with 3 Condominium Projects, ¿it is possible to make a website that contains the 3 Condominium Projects as Home Sliders???
The condimiuns have like 4 types of apartments each, so other question: after people click on the Condominium Image, it is possible to show the 4 types of apartments only?

Condo slider layout – http://estato.bold-themes.com/property-sale/home/condo-slider-version requires full screen, so you can not have all three at the same page at once.
You could have home page with links to three different condo sliders each featuring its own 4 types of apartments.

I am interested in this theme I have many other bold themes, I am hoping you can answer this question for me. Is it possible to set this up as a real estate agency and list multiple properties and have the main page and navi bar informing information about the agency and team not the single property?

Estato was never meant to be a theme for real estate agency – if you need map to display tens of properties – listings and search according to different criteria, Estato is not the right choice. It does not have custom post types for that use case. You could get away with some real estate third party plugin, but we recommend using a real estate agency theme for that purpose.

Yes, grid element has a category slug property which, if set, will filter the items displayed only to entered categories.

The Rapid composer does take a little getting used to, but armed with the documentation, some time and some patience, it’s working out.
I find it easier to find the type of section I need to create in ther demo – and then use the built-in copy / clipboard function to copy this section and paste it to a page I’m building.
It may not be intuitive for everyone, but it works.

Great theme. How can I edit the “Schedule a Visit” form input values, placeholders, and requirements?

The forms are built using Contact Form 7 plugin. So all forms you can see on the site should be listed on your Contact > Contact Forms panel in wp-admin.

My pre-sales question is, is it possible to achieve the same results as your Demo without using Rapid Composer and without having to edit pages in a Backend editor which, in Visual Composer at least, looks like gobbledegook to our clients.

Unfortunately you can not ignore Rapid Composer you will have to use it with the theme – there are no alternatives.

I buyed this theme because i think is a really good theme and looks awesome, but as other of your clients says, the Rapid Composer is to overwhelming for my client, i tried to install visual composer on it, because they have an easier platform for my client but it dont work, can you please help me, i really need to install visual composer so my client can use it, because how it is right now is super difficult for her to edit it.

Currently Estato does not offer support for Visual Composer, so there is no option of pairing up VC with the theme. The shortcodes were built for Rapid Composer’s API only.

Hi, nice theme but I’m not able to change logo, it just doesn’t change
Hi,
In general you have two places where you can change the logo – the site wide, general setting on Appearance > Customize > General Settings panel and setting for each individual page in the Settings box at the bottom of page edit form. This setting overrides the general setting for that specific page if you wish so.
You probably have this override set of your home page (it most likely remained from demo content). Please edit the page with the issue and scroll to the bottom of page edit form. You should see Global Setting Override section. Please remove all references to logo from the list.
