Trying to add line height for an Image Caption element:

But it does not get apply. Can you tell me how I can apply a line height to the above element? It is for SINGLE IMAGE SETTING > hover style 3.

The blog style masonry and grid don’t show gutters between the images/posts. Same thing with the carousel where you can select gutter yes or no, this has no effect. (http://synrgize.nl/blog)
This used to work (I got the latest version 2.5.1 running) and I have no idea how to fix this.

Thnx. I tried to update slider revolution but it won’t accept my item purchase code (Purchase Date 2016-04-29). It’s running 5.2.5. Doesn’t this update come with the update of the theme?

Hey! The Revolution slider has nothing to do with this. Be sure that you are using the latest version of the Blade extension as well. Additionally, have in mind that you cannot use the Blade purchase code in order to update the Revolution slider. The current version is the Revolution Slider (v 5.4.3) as you can see here http://greatives.eu/themes/updates/blade/ . You will get the newest version in the next theme release even though it has nothing to do with your issue. Please use our support forum if you need further help. Thanks again

If you mean the Menu (by saying Header Navigation), sure you can have different menu per page – check the screenshot on this article http://docs.greatives.eu/tutorials/page-options-in-blade/ . You can also define the style (Default, Light, Dark – transparent, overlapping) per page. What you need to set only globally is the Header Layout (Default, Logo on Top, Side navigation). I updated the theme and now my nav items are all sub items, I have created new navigation but still keeps making all pages sub pages.

A few issues …
I recently updated the Blade theme to version 2.5. I installed all require plugins that came packaged with the theme.
I’m using WP 4.7.1.
I noticed that some of your elements no longer works, for example:
1) Video element: YouTube video no longer display on the front end. You can visit this link: http://wordpresscreatives.com/sites/stw-redesign/how-can-i-help/fundraise/
2) Carousel element: If I have checked ” Enable carousel image popup”, the popup layer display a blank. See this page: http://wordpresscreatives.com/sites/stw-redesign/donate/

Not sure what is going on, but it appears the opacity is set to 0 for alot of your element. I had to add these CSS to the custom CSS: .grve-image img {opacity: 1!important;} .grve-box .grve-media img {opacity: 1!important;}
.grve-bg-image {opacity: 1!important;} .grve-image-hover .grve-hover-overlay {opacity: 1!important;}
Can you let me know what exactly is wrong?

I think that the latest theme release has nothing to do with these issues. You can see how all these elements work in our live demo with the Blade 2.5.

Thanks for the reply back. I did some debugging as per your instructions and it appears the “jQuery Updater” plugin is the cause. I tried updating it to the latest version and I still experience the same problem (ie. images DO NOT APPEARS).
However if I deactivate it, the website no longer display anything. I just get a blank site with the loading icon keep spinning.
Can you help me resolved this please? Thank you!

You NEED to update this theme to work with the Woocommerce update! For us that already use it this is vital. We lost image lightbox ability until you fix this!
We do not have ANY lightbox on our product page because this hasn’t been updated. Your theme settings don’t help because the lightbox left when updating Woo. Please fix!

It is Easter Sunday and our team is not fully available at the moment. Thanks for this in advance.
Our latest version of Theme has no problem in terms of compatibility with newest version of Woo since we have ensured this prior the release of its latest major update. Only some templates are outdated and this will be fixed with the next update of Theme, but this is irrelevant compatibility-wise. We support Woo but we do not follow it. For example we had implemented the zoom effect almost one year before with Blade Theme. Have you used the magnific popup option under the single product options? Please have a look at the following url to check that image popup is working: Single Product. For anything else regarding woo we shall consider it in the future.

Based on what we see in official Blade – Single Product Lightbox – and in your installation, it has probably to do with your installation. So, could you please remove any custom code you may use (changes on the Woo templates as well) and disable all 3rd party plugins you’re using? It is quite weird as no-one else has any issue with the latest Blade release and the latest WooCommerce. Could you also clear your cache as you are using a caching plugin? We’ve figured out the issue. We updated the woocommerce files you had because yours are out of date. We used the original woocommerce files from the woo company. Your files are still out of date and you should update those for us that have bought the product! blade/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/external.php, blade/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/grouped.php version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.3, blade/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.2, blade/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php version 3.0.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.0.2,
If you read Chris ’s first reply, you will see that the outdated templates have nothing to do with your issue. In our official demo, there are also outdated Woo templates and the lightbox works just fine (and everything else as well). We test any update of these plugins to ensure the compatibility with our theme before we update our theme. So, be sure that we have checked everything before the official launch of the WooCommerce 3.0. However, we can ensure the compatibility with the WooCommerce 3.0+ only with the templates we provide after every new theme release. Hope this makes sense!

The only thing i’d like to actually see is added support to the theme with the new woocommerce options that were introduced in 3.0 (gallery slider + gallery zoom + lightbox – but of course with the lightbox that comes with the theme)
Would make the single product page look incredible.

As you can easily understand, it is quite difficult to modify the way that the single product functions in a theme with more than 1.2K installations. Besides that, Blade provides the zoom effect and the lightbox since its initial version http://greatives.eu/themes/blade-v2/product/shoulder-bag/ , about one and a half years before the current WooCommerce implementation.
In any case your feedback is highly appreciated! Be sure that I will discuss it further with the other guys.

Oh yes i agree that you had those functionalities from the beginning (zoom effect+lightbox), i just thought gallery slider + zoom effect + lightbox would be the perfect combination since at the moment we can zoom only on the featured image and cant open the featured image in a lightbox (if zoom effect is activated) Im just being a little picky right now.
Other than that everything else is really perfect and i believe greatives creates one of the best themes for wordpress with multiple customization options!

Hey guys – I have one slight issue and that is when using carousel slider for gallery items. I have images which are tall and so fill the screen of a phone. no matter what I do to make the images smaller – they still fill the iphone screen and the issue is I cannot vertically move page up and down. Is there a way to fix this issue on mobile? Having control over image sizes when on mobile would be a good idea?

Yeah full width is being used. What would be good is if a max height could be set on that row for mobile because at the moment once we get the images showing in mobile we cannot then scroll up or down the page due to the carousel element not being that good at handling this as well as the horizontal scroll it features to flick through images. Also the portrait images are slightly taller than the screen so we cant even touch an element above or below to get around this. Many thanks
Hey! We will definitely check it. However, this is an issue concerning the combination of the full-width carousel with the portrait images (there are more image sizes available) and only on mobiles. We have to be very careful with the options we add as we don’t want to bloat our themes in any way. This is why I asked to contact our Support Forum for a custom solution on this.

i have two problems with responsive images. hope u can help me a bit…
first:

the title text is too lon and so the hole page doens´t fit. you can move to site right too right because the text

i know u don´t support fixed background because of performance reasons. But in the last months i saw more and more pages and themes using fixed background – because it looks great!
i get this small snippet from you:

But is there a change you can help me in a short way?
Anyway – i still like your theme… but i don´t want to kick the fixed background away. i like it so much!

I consider your second issue as a feature request in order to check the fixed-background feature in a future theme release.
Allow me to clarify a couple of things about our policy. First and foremost, we never promise anything to any of our customers in order to make them renew their support package.
