Hi, we have a developer who did our website but we are unable to update or upgrade the website since we dont have a key , can we purchase a key and activate the website separately for us to get the updates ?

Our theme is sold exclusively on ThemeForest, and updates are provided only through a valid ThemeForest purchase. There is no separate license key that can be purchased or activated outside of ThemeForest.
If you currently don’t have access to the ThemeForest account used for the original purchase, the only way to receive updates is to purchase the theme again using your own ThemeForest account. Once purchased, you’ll be able to download the latest version and receive future updates as usual.

Hello there, I am very happy with your nice theme, thanks so much. I am only missing a list of available icons, that can be used with menu items, when they are displayed as buttons. It is very annoying to click all of them and check them in the frontend to get an impression. So is there any overview available? And futher more, are there icons for accessibility functions, like Simple Language, etc.? That would be really great! If not, can those specific icons be added?

I understand your concerns about the icons, but unfortunately, displaying a preview in the backend is impossible. However, you can find and search for icons on the Font Awesome website. These are the icons we use in the menu items.

Hello, thanks for your reply. I have checked icons from Font Awesome and there is indeed an icon, that could be used as simple language symbol. It is the book-open icon. But this icon is not available within the selection of Blade theme. I have searched for it but no luck. It is free, so how could I add this to the menu ? Any idea?

It’s possible that the icon version you need is different from the one we have in Blade. As an alternative solution, I recommend adding the icon code (e.g., <i class="fa-solid fa-user" />) directly into the Navigation Label field.

I recently updated blade v3 theme on a client’s website and rev slider says there is an update available (6.7.23) theme currently has 6.7.21. Am I able to get the lastest version for you guys?

Hi, we have updated the theme to the latest version and a warning has come out about the presence of obsolete copies of some WooCommerce template files. Is it possible to update them? We are having problems with the offers applied to the products and we assume it is due to this incompatibility.

This came from a client but they are having an issue with the Gutenberg editor having the entire editor container pushed to the left side rather than being centered on the screen. They have the latest Wordpress version, latest version of the blade theme and latest Blade Extension plugin. Is this a known issue?

Hi there. Any plans to upgrade the theme, to include the latest 7.4 WP Bakery, as there are ‘red flags’ that 7.2 is considered a problem for security.
Also please find two attached documents. One is the Blade theme system report and the other is the WooCommerce system report.

Hi, I’m using the elements version, but I’m having an issue with the wpbakery options for the row, the DESIGN OPTIONS tab is not showing, so I can’t change the color of the background for instance. It shows for the columbns but not for the rows. I tried disabling all the other plugins and just using the ones with the theme but no change. some of the demos have some row backgrounds in color, so I know is possible I just wish to know how? help?!?

Hiya, understand that I got your theme from elements but I am hoping you can help me. I have an error with a site which I have used your theme www.t**.co.uk If I add something to the basket, it shows if you click the basket from the fly out the content, it just shows a grey strip with no contents showing?
Would really appreciate if you can give guidance on how to fix this please, it always has worked but now seems to have stopped, don’t know if this is a woocommerce update that has caused an issue?

You have planning to add options to admin interface to change that value or you have a code snipet to overwrite that?
