I just got your theme, love the look. I’m having trouble figuring out how to add a slider to the main page?

First of all thank you for purchasing the theme. Please make sure the ‘Advanced Custom Fields PRO’ plugin is installed and activated. Then navigate to Pages -> Edit Front Page and select the ‘Frontpage Fullwidth slider’ template in the ‘Page Attributes’ metabox. Below the page builder grid the slider metabox will appear where you can add your slides.
Yeah I was able to figure it out thank you. Also, I’m having trouble figuring out how to edit a few things..
1- On the main page the services offered where it displays three, even though I change the content in the actual pages the preview of them on the main page has the default text. Not sure how I change that.
2- On some of the pages that have the sidebar of “Have any questions?” how to i edit that and edit the image.
3- I was able to easily change the green for most of the things on the site to the right shade for the business.. However some things still stay the lighter green, like the Our qualifications, our commitment, our capabilities. Also some of the text.
4- In the beginning I was able to make the whole menu bar the same color, now i can only adjust the side with the menu part, where the logo is stays white and i can’t find where to go to change it.
5- The logo I put on the main menu bar, if i have it perfected adjusted on the desktop it’s not lined up perfect on the mobile versions and if i line it up perfect for mobile, it’s off for the desktop lol.
6- I added the API map key for the google maps and it still says oops!
Everything else I’m very pleased with!

I bought this theme last year. I never did any of the updates during that time as I was not confident in the procedure and didn’t want to risk undoing any of the work I did on the site. Unfortunately last week I have an issue on the Shop side (woo commerce). It appears this is related to an issue with the ACF PRO plugin. Both Mike Jolly and Elliot Condon have pointed me back to you as I purchased the plugin as part of the Theme bundle. Could you possibly assist as I cannot use or make edits to the shop.

Have a couple questions on the slider. Is there a reason why you only made the caption (text) to be center in the image instead allowing alignment on the bottom? Wasn’t sure if this had to do with UX reasons…. if not, is there anyway to align the text in the center-bottom?

The caption center align setting is coming from multiple requests from our customers. If there is a larger demand to align them on other positions (like top/bottom & corners) we will definitely add this feature.
For now please add the following CSS via Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Custom > Custom CSS:

To adjust the bottom position you can increase or decrease the 10% values.

Thanks so much. One more thing…. I’m using gravity forms but I want the styling like you have on the demo. There is an area that asks for the CSS Class Name… is there anyway to use the same styling in gravity forms?

In google chrome I have to click the main nav links twice. I tried setting the z index on main-navigation class. no good. Same condition exists in your live demo. https://demos.qreativethemes.com/thelandscaper/

Hello, I love the theme, but i need help with the logo issue that I see everyone else has. When I upload my logo its very tiny, and I cant see it, i did 2x the size as you stated in the retina section and the logo is still very tiny. Can you tell me how I can upload my logo and it be centered on the right part of the bar and be larger?

Thank you for your interest in the theme!
Visual Composer is not fully supported, but will still work partly. All the shortcodes that come as default in Visual Composer will work straight out of the box, but doesn’t have a custom theme styling.
Our custom widgets we made, like the news block, testimonials and some others (mostly on the frontpage of the theme demo) are not available in Visual Composer.

Am new to this site I bought Lawn Care services word press theme for $49 this week. Loaded it, activated demo. And images where all blurry. And a lot of text was missing from sections. After 30+ hours of waiting I got reply from support asking for login gave it, next day they say text is fixed. But blurry photos is cause I use bad quality photos. But as I told them I didn’t use any photos I used there demo… Anyways went to site text wasn’t fixed, and even more was deleted from it. They had destroyed my theme. They was completely incompetent to say the least. Oh and if you view there live demo the text under maintance tips goes from part of a sentence to step 5. Skips all over place, and thats there live demo lol. Anyways I requested a refund, and now am here looking for a different theme. Before I purchased this one I wanted to know what I can expect from y’all. How is support? Does the photos come with the theme? Is all text included in theme, so I can just launch and pretty much be done except for minor changes? If I need help making changes does that cost extra? If so how much?

That doesn’t sound like a great experience with that theme, sorry to hear that.
Our theme has a ‘demo data installer’ function which can be used after installing the theme and plugins. This function will create a copy of our theme demo (except for the images, those are replaced with grey placeholders because of licensing).
If you like the theme demo and want to have your content on the same pages/positions it is basically running the importer, changing texts and images and your website is ready.
You get 6-months of support time with the theme for free (well, it’s within the price of the theme). After the 6-months additional time can be purchased separately. Theme updates will always be free, even if your support time is expired.
Support respond within just a couple of hours on weekdays, sometimes within minutes. Through the weekend we also respond on support questions but it might take a little bit longer to answer. If you need some help this won’t cost you anything. Only theme customization and 3th party plugins are not part of support. If you need more information about what is included or not within support please see this link

We know how to setup a sale item in woocommerce. Again when we setup a sale item the product shows only a the price with a line throught it and not the sale price.
A bit strange we are talking about “basic” functionality here that should be working within the theme i would say.
Why do i need extended support for that?

Hi, I’ve been a fan and a happy customer of your theme for over a year now and would like to know, are there any plans to update the look/style of the nav bar. It’s just that you are limited to logo size and you have the diagonal slant which is a strong feature.

Before buying your theme I want to ask two questions: I need the left sidebar to add a submenu second level. Is this possible? A drop-down menu of the third level in the main menu?

I am finding it impossible to remove the white space below the frontpage slider… the problem is that the row after the slider is dark while my background is white.. and I have spent way too many hours trying to figure this impossible thing out

I would like to report a bug with the submenu. I am using the latest version 1.4.2 with a child theme. I have set the main navigation to be sticky. However, when I scroll down, the submenus do not open. When I scroll to the top, the menu works fine. Can you replicate this on your end? How may be able to fix this?

Did you scroll down enough and hover over the menu to open the submenu? I think it’s a bug because I don’t have any special CSS/JS custom code or plugins that might interfere with the rendering of the submenus.
Do you have a demo page (similarly to https://demos.qreativethemes.com/thelandscaper/) on your end with a sticky navigation I can preview to see or find any implementation differences?
