Hi,
What kind of options are we in managing the candidate’s resume? What fields can we create from the template to modify the Curriculum (resumen )of the candidate? Is there the option of creating conditional fields in the candidate’s curriculum registration form?
Thanks
Hello there!
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out!
At this time you can use the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin in order to edit the fields of the Resume submission form. Although you can edit the fields, there are no conditional options available.
Hope this answers your question.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando

Hi, I had a question regarding the theme… instead of the Employers paying to pots the job… we would like the Candidates to pay to access the jobs… Also the name of the company should not be there just job description… is that possible with the theme or any added plugin? Thank you…
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out.
The theme does not handle the payment options it is in fact the Paid Listings plugin is. At this moment the WC Paid Listings plugin only sells packages to post Jobs and Resumes. There is no option to charge Candidates for Job access.
Hope this answers your question.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi Fernando,
Thank you for the details.
Best Regards,
Anytime!
Hi, is it possible to create a Job offer site with this theme? So that professionales register and offer their service and clients register and buy them?
Hello there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
Jobify and WP Job Manager will allow the users can submit job posts and candidates can come and apply for the job. There is no option available for Clients to come and make a job purchase for the application at this time.
Hope this answers your question.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

I have looked on here for someone with a similar issue but to no avail. Our customers are mainly in UK who naturally expect UK search results but the search tool is showing US results on the map.How do i solve this?
Example searching for Cleveland in UK,i’m getting Cleveland in Ohio US.
Hello there!
Thanks for bringing this up.
It all depends on the location that is entered on the Jobs Location field. If it is just “Cleveland” the system will just place it on the most common City. It would be best to enter a more specific address in order to allow Google to properly locate it. See here.
If you need further assistance with this, please contact us at oursupport channel!
Cheers! Fernando
Thanks for your reply. For myself, i know to enter specific locations, but for our customers, they don’t quite expect to see US job vacancies.
PS, I get it now.Thankyou.. .
Hi there, wondering if this theme would let me create a table layout with custom attributes, similar to https://coinmarketcap.com/. I’m just looking for a basic table layout… Can’t find one anywhere! Thank you.
Hello there,
Thanks for reaching out!
Jobify at this time does not have a table layout with custom attributes illustrated on the website you mentioned. It does list the job posts on a table like it is displayed in our Classic Demo.
Hope this answers your question!

I really need some help with the theme and facing some issues with it. I’ve left a support ticket a few days ago and no one’s got back to me… it’s not even assigned to anyone yet – still pending. Could someone please get back to me! Not particularly happy with the support so far.
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out!
We do apologize for the delay in getting back to you on our support channel. Our team does not usually work weekends and it did not help I was sick these past few days. Let us know if you have any questions now that we reached out to your tickets.

Hello, can I lock the candidates side, so the companies see them first when they are registered?
Hello there!
Hope you are doing well today!
Sorry, do you mean restrict viewing Candidate profiles to Employers only? If so, it is possible. Using the Resume Manager plugin you can restrict who can view the pages based on the users role.
See here under Resume Visibility for more information.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hey Fernando – probably the best comment/support theme going here! You do a create job for your team. I setup jobify using the Getting started quick setup tool and since i had paid for the extended plugins also i setup using Extended. During this process i child theme was created for me. My question is: When i go to themes it says extended is my current theme, i thought this would have been set to child? If i make custom changes within child theme files will this be shown overlaid if i have extended selected as my theme? I have previewed child theme and it messes around with my layout and footer especially. Do i need to start customising again but have child theme selected?
Hi there!
If you notice what themes are installed, you should see you have a “Jobify Extended” theme along with a regular “Jobify” theme template. The Extended theme is your child theme. The other one is the Parent theme.
All your changes are being saved under your child theme if you have the Extended theme active. So there is no need to create another child theme.
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,
Fernando

Does the jobify theme have upload button on ninja forms? I’ve had a look at the plug in and it seems to be missing and not included.

Hi Fernando,
For the search filtering i can’t find where i could customize the search field. Can you advise?
Many thanks,
Nisha
Hi there Nisha,
There is no default setting to customize the default search filters. Something like this will require custom modifications, unfortunately.
Kind regards,
Fernando
Sorry for asking, a maybe studpid or unprofessional question. But what is the actuall benefit of Jobify Theme? The functionality and the design comes from WP-Job-Manager, doesn´t it? Please help me understand it.
Hi there!
Thanks for your question today.
Jobify is a WordPress theme. Jobify adds the design of your website, often including its layout. Our theme provides and manages what a visitor sees when they browse to your site on the web. WP Job Manager is a plugin which does provide the themes core functionality. That is the purpose of plugins. Our theme is designed to work with WP Job Manager and enhance what it displays.
Hope this answers your question today!
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Fernando
Hi there, Jobify seems to be an amazingly powerful and well coded theme. Compliments!
pre-sales question: I have worked now with several themes most of them support Google Fonts, but do not allow to choose the very simple ‘Helvetica’ Font or similar… This is espacially important, when you are totally fine with this basic fonts, and or want to improve your page speed.
Is it possible to turn off Google-Fonts and replace it with ‘Helvetica’ site-wide and if so, how would this be done?I am studying your comments for a while now, and someone asked about your beautiful .svg images you use, e.g. on pricing tables. You said, they would be loaded automatically with the demo-content. But is it possible to access them another way, because I usually don´t like to load the demo content? And since they are .svg – there is probably no preview for them, right? I would like to see them all.
__
Would it be possible to write a full features list of this theme and add it to describtion? Because just like the .svg-pictures I think many things are not mentioned which are good to know without having to read every comment.
Thank you very much. Kind Regards, Wilhelm
Hello Wilhelm,
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for your interest in Jobify!
Regarding Fonts, in our latest release, we have added a new Typography setting to let you select various fonts at this time for your website. With this setting, you can alter the themes Font site wide or for specific areas.
If you wish to enhance it, you will need to edit it using custom code at this time.
Regarding the images. No content is included on the theme files. All Images and content will automatically be imported for you when importing the demo content. There is no other way to preview them at this time.
Regarding our features you can read more about it on the following pages:You can also test our theme out for free on our website and get a feel for all its features. Visit here.
If you have any further questions, let me know!

Fernando
Hello,

Thank you, Patrick
Hi Patrick,
Hope you are doing well today!
Question: WP JOB Manager Core Bundle Plugin supported in your Theme
Answer: The Core Bundle is supported with our theme.
Question: Is it possible to set the “Apply Job” unter the description text ? and not to the TOP or SITEBAR ?
Answer: It is not possible out of the box. Since it is added through a widget, it can only be placed within the widget areas available.

Got some Pre-Sales Q.
Would I be able to
1. disable or delete the complete Sign In / Registration process (without going into the programming)? I basically would like to make it possible for people to post a job without registration and account creation but keep the payment option.
1.1 and also make it possible for people to apply for jobs without prior login / registration. And enable them to apply to an email from the company or by following a link the company setup prior to their job post?
2. add different currency options?
3. include a “Post Job” bottom in the header and body of the page ?
4. and would it work with Page Builder by Siteorigin, Adsense and Unique Headers?
5. is there a limit on the shown listed jobs at the front page or can I list as many as I want there?
Many thanks in advance!
Hello there!
Hope you are doing well today!
Question: 1. disable or delete the complete Sign In / Registration process (without going into the programming)? I basically would like to make it possible for people to post a job without registration and account creation but keep the payment option.
Answer: You can easily disable the Registration and login pages from your website. This will prevent users from registering or logging in. Keep in mind a user will automatically be registered if they submit a Job. As it is required for users to have an account.
Question: 1.1 and also make it possible for people to apply for jobs without prior login / registration. And enable them to apply to an email from the company or by following a link the company setup prior to their job post?
Answer: Users by default can apply for jobs without being logged in. If you see our demo you can easily apply without being forced to register or login.
Question: 2. add different currency options?
Answer: WooCommerce allows for various currency options that can be found within its settings. See here.
Question: 3. include a “Post Job” bottom in the header and body of the page ?
Answer: You can create a Menu item on the top of your page and also add a button link on one of your widgets directing you to the submission form. We can assist with this.
Question: 4. and would it work with Page Builder by Siteorigin, Adsense and Unique Headers?
Answer: At this time there is no support for page builders.
Question: 5. is there a limit on the shown listed jobs at the front page or can I list as many as I want there?
Answer: There is no limit. You can set the initial amount of jobs that load on the page. If you have more users have the option to see more.
Hope this helps and sorry for the delay.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hello Fernando i still waiting your answer… My search bar doesn’t work ! Thx
I will get back to you shortly!

Hi, Im about to create a website for my client and they need to be able to feed jobs to the website. In reviewing the theme, They can import from indeed but cannot from other sources. If there isn’t a current workaround, are they able to write data files directly to the SQL database?
Can you recommend any solutions before we purchase? They simply need to be able to feed jobs and update status/changes directly to the database.
Please let me know as soon as you can, Thanks!
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well today.
At this time aside from adding jobs from Indeed or Zip Recruiter, there is no option to have jobs import from else where Automatically. This would be a custom feature that would need to be built.
You can add Jobs manually using the WP All Imports plugin also, but this is using an XML or CSV file.
Hope this answers your question.
If you have any questions or if I can be of any further help, please let me know!
Kind regards,
Fernando
