Technically you can create accounts for each service provider and they can login from backend and add tours with rating and description.

You can change number of posts per page via Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most and change to number which can divide by 4.
This is a good theme no doubt but when i am using a plugin called woocommerce booking, it was not configured with this theme. GTour is basically for tour booking and in tour booking there must be option for date along with adult child which is available in woocommerce with booking plugin so i bought that and after that it was not showing options in tour. Please check and in next update if you give option of select date along with adult/child option , that will be great.

The WooCommerce Bookings plugin is not free plugin and it’s cost $249 so we don’t integrate it to our theme yet because of that and we are not sure that many customers want to purchase another $249 which has pricing more than the theme.

Yes you can add users and allow them to created tours, however it doesn’t support tour submission from visitors.

I have changed it but it is not working. When I open website with chrome I can click date picker and able to pick the date (in Calendar) but with IE or Firefox it is not working and I need to type myself. (Calendar is not opening with IE and Firefox)

Technically it doesn’t integrate deeply with Gravity Forms like it does with CF7. Technically you can create a booking form on page using Gravity Forms and link booking button to that page.
