Guys, never every buy this them, This is the most ridiculous and complex themes I have ever seen in my life.
I just bought it and wasted my time on it. Here are some of the problems
1. You will never been able to install the theme from your WP dashboard most of the times so you will have to go FTP route.
2. It is ridiculously slow. Literally a nightmare\
3. Demo importer takes a lifetime to import any demo
4. I have absolutely no idea how and where to see and design pages. It all looks flashy and nice in their demo but its IMPOSSIBLE FOR you to design this unless you are a developer.
5. I dont know how to design a simple page in backend or front end. and there are so many damn tech jargons that it will freak you out big time.
6. If they made such a complex and ridiculously slow theme, they should offer a service to design it for you as well.
the list just goes on and on and on.

First of all, thanks for your comment but it looks quiet strange for us as far as it looks like we have no support request from you. The theme was advertised as a complex multipurpose theme, so we paid great attention to o ur theme documentation and we do our best to provide good customers’ support.
1. The theme contains the demo content for more then 40 demos and it requires some space which makes the theme size quiet big bt you still can install the theme from your WP admin dashboard if you increase the post_max_size and upload_max_filesize params in your seerver configuration.
2. and 3. The backend speed and demo installation time are also caused by your server configuration.
4. Here is the link to our theme documentation that can actually help to work with the theme.
5. That’s quiet strange as far as the backend description uses mostly design terminology and just a little of the WordPress key words. We’ll be glad you you submit a ticket here with the list of the lements you couldn’t understand and we’ll do our best to improve them in the next theme update.
6. We couldn’t actually find and request from you. So, it’s double strange for us to hear about that from you as far as you didn’t even try to get in touch with us with the difficulties you faced.

Thank you for the reply, honestly the theme is so complex that if i were to raise support ticket for every single problem i have with your theme, it would take be 500 support tickets to be raised.
It looks amazing in front end, but worst from backend, This is unusable for me and not at all user friendly

it is asking me to sign up on your support ticket platform with license key, now where the heck do i find that key? I took a look at all the text files in package and there is no license key there. This has been a horrible experience so far even with something as simply as finding a license key

when Native is the active theme then in Pages > Screen Options there are no columns with checkbox options showing.
When Native is deactivated then Screen Options shows all the cols checkbox options.

Yes, the “Switch metaboxes” section is disabled from the theme to enable metaboxes tabs feature. We can enable it for you manually, please submit a ticket by following the link from our previous comment if you want it to be enabled.

As for language switcher, if you need to create multi-language site, you need to install the plugin for translation.

Hi there. The form picks up the “to” address perfectly – no issues there. However, when the form is sent, it shows the email address defined in wp-admin/options-general.php at the top of the form as well. How do we remove this?
