Both of the them have their own set of pros and cons, so the decision all depends on your own individual needs. If you do not need too much customization then go for OpenCart. But, if you want to extend the functionality of your website then you should go for WooCommerce.
The WordPress one seems have more options than the OpenCart one. It’s also built with Visual Composer as you mentioned. Our WordPress customers often use some preminium plugins from third-party such as Dokan or WC Vendor with our themes to get more advantages for their WordPress site, too.
In both themes, we always have plan to update more layouts in the future.
