Hello, just purchase this theme. Try to import the demo contents. for some reason it show me this error:
Important: You need to activate zip extension. / ZIP extension is missing
then I follow your SOLUTION2 as stated here:

Your webhost provider can add the Zip Extension but I think this will be quicker if we install the demo ourself. Please open a support ticket at http://support.irontemplates.com and provide us your URL address and a temporary access to your wp-admin.
Dont forget to tell us which demo you want.

I believe I figured it out. I uninstalled WP and reinstalled it then uploaded your theme. When going to install the plug-ins I only installed Iron Demo importer. The option under tools to install demo content is then available. I installed the Grid demo that way and then went back and installed all the plugins. I don’t know if that was the correct way but it worked for me so far. Thanks for your quick reply.

I am surprised that reinstalling wordpress has solved the zip extension issue, but I am glad that it worked.

In Capital demo after clicking on “Extras/Online shop” will music stop playing. Is there some workaround for this?

This is a good point. The continuous player is uncompatibled with woocommerce pages. We can have the continuous player and woocommerce both enabled, but when we are visiting a woocommerce pages, the audio player will stop.
No workaround is possible for us.

any possibility to look into this in future? It’s really shame that continuous player isn’t working in woocommerce pages, otherwise it would be supreme theme. It’s supreme theme anyway but would be eeeven better (i mean best) .
For now I’ve solved this by adding “_blank” to eshop page but it’s not that elegant.

The problem is that WooCommerce doesnt support Ajax yet. As soon as WooCommerce plugin gonna support ajax, the continuous player will works on every woocommerce pages and products.

Please go to wp-admin>slider revolution And edit the home slider. Please select the layer you want to modify and click on the edit icon.
But maybe you are trying to modify a text from a jpg. This is impossible to do. You need to replace the image.

Sorry if i wasn’t clear. All the audio tracks on an album page for example are listed as follows.. 1 Track 1 2 Track 2 etc… I would like to change the format of the track list and place a “full stop” after each of the track numbers, so it reads.. 1. Track 1 2. Track 2 etc.. How could this be done please? Surely it would require a slight tweak to the source code which outputs the album track listing? Looking forward to your response. Thanks

What font is used on the Croma “lowtempo”? ..For the logo and the word “LOWTEMPO”...

Ok thanks, one more question..Everything on the demo lowtempo theme works perfect, but when I make a “new album” to the discographies section I get this error code when I try to view the page
“Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home2/mistarag/public_html/wp-content/themes/croma/single-album.php on line 41”....
I can add songs, links, album covers and all but the page isnt viewable..the demo album pages are viewable, but even if I try to edit a demo page I will still get the same error.

Croma uses woocommerce to manage merch and transaction. The payment option you have by default is:
Direct bank transfer, Check payments, Cash on delivery, PayPal
You can add a plugin to add the stripe option.
Woocommerce manages coupons.

Hi, when viewing the theme on my iPhone the logo on the menu bar is not showing up. I am simply getting the website name with a black border around it. I have tested this using several of the demo themes and the result is the same. What might be causing this? Thanks

Probably because you dont have assigned a logo for retina device. Please go to wp-admin>croma>logo
The retina logo should be 2X larger than your regular logo.

I assume that discographies, artists etc are custom post types. I have 2 questions.. 1. How do i create new ones? and 2. How do i amend the existing ones? Usually they are created in the functions.php file but in this instance i can’t see the code. Please help. Thanks

Yes discographies, artists etc are custom post types. And yes you can create you own custom post type. We manage our custom post type in the croma-music plugin, but you can make your own in the functions.php file if you want.

Thanks for the help regarding the custom post types. Could you please tell me if there is a way to disable the “previous” and “next” buttons on the music player? The menu items on my home page need to be white, but on the rest of the pages they need to be black. How do i specify a text colour for just the home page only? This principle is applied with the “Kpop” theme demo, where the items are white on the home page, yet red throughout the rest of the site, so it’s definitely possible.

Any idea what could be blocking the “Main Item Typography” settings in the Croma/Menu Options? I did disable the color settings on the individual page as recommended on another comment. That did not help. I tried making other changes (font size) to the “Main Item Typography” and nothing seems to take. I dumped the cache and that did not help either. Actually I also tried to make changes to other colors in the Menu Options (hover color, etc.) and those did not take either. So it would seem that there is a larger issue with the “Menu” options. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Thanks for getting back to me. Well apparently there seems to be some sort of caching issue. I came in this morning to see that everything was as it should be. I have been working through this problem with our hosting provider and I thought that it was resolved but apparently not. So let me keep an eye on things and see if I have any further issues that are not related to caching issues.
But here is my next simple question. Are the “Menu Container” Options, specifically the background colors for the Mini menu controlled by the page options or are the options in the “Menu Container” section valid for that? If they are controlled by the Page Menu options, what is the selection that controls the Mini menu background color? I don’t see that option on the page menu options?

In the page steeing you overwrite the menu backgorund but not the mini background.

Hi, i’m trying to create a home page like the “Capital” example where the social media and footer divs have transparent backgrounds. However, if the background is created using a Slider Revolution as oppose to a static image like in the Capital example, it pushes the social and footer divs below the main image created using Slider. I don’t want it to do this. How do i get them to just remain transparent and be placed over the Slider image at the bottom of the page? So it would be like the Capital home page only the whole background would be created using Slider Revolution. Look forward to your help. Thanks
