HI, We have purchased your theme today with other account, i am posting behalf of them, can you please us help us out as theme options are not working showing errors, we can see on console.

I am very disappointed with this theme, i feel i’ve wasted my money. cant access the theme options or even load the demo data. I’m trying it on a testing domain to show a client but its a useless theme. how do i get a refund? why sell something without options? even free wordpress themes are easier to use.

This theme is straight trash. Looks nice at first, but it’s barely editable. A nightmare for your developer. Cant even customize colors on the user interface….

Also it doesn’t come with ANY of the images in the demo! all that is left on the purchased theme is gray “placeholder” boxes. NO other theme I have used does this…

Do you guys provide the full PSD?

I have no idea what is going on but none of the instructions are working. I have followed every single stage but I cannot even get the dummy/demo site up. I have sent a tcket but nothing yet so I’m probably going to say this was not a good purchase at all. I have setup many sites but this has got to be taking the right biscuit.

it is really really slow theme and problem with upload image it takes whole to upload one image.

I like the theme it has a problem. View this theme on a mobile (phone/tablet) and the text on the sliders are not visible. I’ve been trying to fix it with both rev-slider folks and theme author (Theme author no contact yet) Please fix this soon or I’m gonna have to dump this theme and do what customers do when they buy a product that doesn’t work.
