Hi, That’s a default registration screen on Revolution Slider which is only for those who purchased the plugin separately from CodeCanyon.

Since the plugin came as a bundled plugin with the theme there is no need to fill those. Revolution slider is fully functional in the bundled version. Updates of revolution slider will be made available with theme updates, not individually as its packed with the theme. It works this way for theme bundled premium plugins.

Thank you, we updated the theme.

Another quick question, The client is having troubles with the Page builder. It jumps around when they hover elements. We don’t have this problem on our dev server. I replaced all the theme files and updated the plugins but it hasn’t fixed the issue. Have you seen this problem before? Do you know of any server incompatibility that could cause this ?

Hi, This isn’t a known behavior. If it behaves different then something must be interfering. Could you post to our support forum with wp-admin login info so we can have a look. You can create the support post and mark it as a private reply with login. We can speed up the troubleshoot that way. Also if you can check all the 3rd party plugins not recommended by theme which are active. It’s possible something might be adding styles to the builder.

Hi, I did check again in my samsung galaxy C5, android 6.0.1, QQ browser、Liebao Browser. the menu、logoand footer disappear and the html5 video will autoplay. when people open the homepage, they will wait the video without any playbutton. So that Is it possible to set the different homepage for mobile phone?

Hi, We’ll keep a note on this. We could not replicate the problem.

It’s possible to redirect to a separate page on mobiles but this needs to be done through a plugin. For minority browsers such as QQ and Liebao browser you’ll need to check if a plugin can detect them. Some browsers might not give it enough information to determine it as a mobile. Technically there is no exact method to determine the browser is on mobile or desktop yet unless based on browser information. You can test if it is possible for you through any of these plugins. If it works for your browser then it will work on the theme as well.

Hi, Sorry this is not there in the theme. Autoplay video for mobiles is something which still doesn’t work on all devices. As of now Revolution Slider doesn’t support this either.

Hi, You can scale one image larger and place it as first. The first image should be twice the scale as the others and you can achieve a metro like set using masonry grid.

The icons used in the theme are font icons. We use fontawesome with additional svg font icons in the theme. Changing of those among the ones included can be done using pagebuilder icon pickers as well as shortcode generator.

Apart from the included font icons if you require adding custom font icon packs then it will require additional coding.

Check if you have any third party plugins that require updating and if they are compatible with the WordPress version you have.

The correct way to update WordPress is to upgrade all the active plugins, upgrade the theme next and Wordpress last. This will be a steps to a smooth upgrade.

Sorry, they don’t function like nested folders. Each worktype album is connected to the portfolio gallery it represents.

But you can create an additional gallery with image boxes if you’re looking for a manual method of creating them. Image box blocks can be found in pagebuilder.
