Carousel won’t go away like that, so you probably removed it by accident or maybe you have migrated site to another domain so its images are pointing to old domain and do not exist anymore. You can simply try to add carousel back and to try to set image for each carousel item once again, and if you continue to have problems please submit a ticket to our support at https://mikado.ticksy.com and provide WordPress admin access so our support can check this on your installation.

Yes, all theme demos are contained within same demo import, so you can access demo pages, and to set them as your own, or to just see which elements we used and then you can reproduce that on your pages.

Im having an issue when Im not logged into the admin, located on the “Locations” page, I have a map and clinic list. Within the clinic list I have a “overflow-scroll” function and it only works when im logged in. Could you help me figure out this issue?

Unfortunately theme don’t have contact form popup form functionality but it is good suggestion, and I’ll add it as a feature requests so our development team can consider implementation in some future theme updates. For now, you can try ninja forms plugin for example but also you can search for some addon for Contact Form 7 plugin.

It is one time payment for single domain usage since each installation requires separate license. For example if you install the theme on another domain or subdomain you create a new instance. Theme colors can be changed from Mikado options > General, and also elements colors can be changed from Mikado options > Elements. Beside this, more in depth color configuration is also possible, from per page options, and directly for element on a page, from element options. This extends possibilities for color customization and also for some other theme options which are available in same way like colors.

JcAzcanio had the same issue with http://hoshi.mikado-themes.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/h-sliders-background-img.jpg?id=9868. I am also trying to remove it. Please note my support has expired, but I think that this element should be removed from your theme as it prevents my site from loading as a full https site as the link is coming from your http server.
Please can you just point me to the file in the theme I need to change.

With demo import, images will link to our demo site which is using http protocol so you need to change images on your installation to ones inside your media library. As we can see you have valid support, so please contact our support and provide a link to a page with issue, or you can share a link here, and I’ll have a quick look into this.

I imported hoshi demo content, and when i try to change the header background to transparent from mikado options > header, it wont change at all

Make sure that you also set color for the header, because if color isn’t set transparency won’t be applied. Visual Composer plugins supports Revolution slider, so when it is activated you will be able to add slider over appropriate element. With Hoshi theme both plugins are bundled with the theme so you don’t need to purchase them separately.

Probably slider images are not getting imported because of some lower server resource or lower PHP directive for your hosting plan. If you are still having problem with import, please contact our support over our support forum at https://mikado.ticksy.com/ and provide WordPress admin access in your ticket and one of our support agents will investigate this on your installation, and will try to import slider for you. Please just provide all relevant information in your ticket.

Hi How do we define with your theme the shared image shown is what we choose (we are using yoast seo and this does not pick up the one we have selected) Facebook Debugger shows multiple og:images which are the blogs on that page We have not assigned an image for these on yoast (they only have a featured image assigned to each of them)

Thank you for taking an interest for our theme. Unfortunately we do not have this possibility within our theme. This probably requires a special navigation in order to be able to switch from slider to normal content. You can try to use Mikado slider for that but it will effect on the appearance and will have a slightly different appearance.
