HI, I bought your theme yesterday. I have these questions. 1- How can I insert a local vídeo, like a www.mydomine.com/video/party.mp4. I buy your theme for these option but you only have youtube links. 2- When I insert a video (background) it looks a bit dark because of some black transparency. I want to see it 100% clear. How do I remove the dark transparency?

My theme supports only Youtube videos as background.
You can remove overlay by disabling it when you add a new parallax video by Site Sections.

You need to modify main.js in layout/js folder.
Replace the following numbers on line 643:
lg:6, md:6, sm:4, xs:2
Where the screen width is splitted to 6 on large screen. (Width/6) and each portfolio item width is calculated.
Other parameters are for responsive views.

You can modify royal/layout/colors/orange.css for the color.
You can change map color & map marker image by Map Options in theme options of Royal via wp-admin.

I just did a fresh install of the theme to create a test area for future changes. There are no plugins installed. When I try to make any change in the theme option, like going from sticky to normal or add a logo image, I am getting an error “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.” What might be causing this? I use Godaddy hosting, FYI.

Hello! I install WPML translation plugin (theme support WPML). Default language is English, but when I add translation (example Italian), only translation of Header Style – Single Image — Front Page (is set to front page) is visible in Italian, down other page sections are still in English (About Royal Theme,...).
When I sync menu for Italian, new menu appear, with link to italian translated pages, example: About Royal Theme, but It opens only this page, not sliding down/up between page sections like in default language.

Must be “Site Sections” set for every language separately? Because if I change language on top bar to Italian, I can add Italian translated page into “Site Sections”, but then also English page is showing Italian translated pages.
Something must be with Site Sections, because front page (which is translated ok) insn’t included in Site Sections.

Yes, but when I open webpage, all listed pages are in english language, even I change language to Italian and Italian translations are made for this listed pages.
Only page, which is set to front-page (front-page is not listed in Site sections) is translated correctly

I updated Visual Composer to latest version. Please, remove it and install it again.
I didn’t use gallery in my theme. But, I think Visual Composer has a conflict with Pretty Photo: http://bbird.me/disable-replace-visual-composer-lightbox/I removed and install again VC (now is version 5.2), but media grid and masonry media grid still not work. Any ideas?

I have installed your theme in one of my Subdomains. I used your Demo instructions to setup the theme I have come across an error message that I can’t seem to figure out. The message is not specific enough for me to figure out how to fix so I thought I’d try you before I Break it.
When making any changes to the Royal section (Personalization, Styling Options) and I click save, I get the error message that says:
“There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page”
It happens when I try to update the Logos, Favicons and the Homepage title. Do you have any suggestions for me?

It seems that there’s a Modsecurity rule enabled in “wp-admin/admin-ajax.php” file of WordPress on your hosting provider. It’s not my theme file. It’s pure WordPress file. Please, contact your hosting provider to remove that Modsecurity rule on that file.
I hope that maybe you can help me out one more time. I need to change the order of the script tags so that my gallery loads before the file that is creating this global variable. I’ve searched through all the files included in the theme but I can’t locate it. My current issue is that my photo gallery is not visible on the page. In reviewing the Console i see that there is a JS error that points to the Gallery plugin.
I went on a forum for help and recieved a little direction, but now I am stuck in finding the file where I can swapt the Script Tags. Could you please direct me to that file?

You can add only “Portfolio” items multiple times with the same projects. There’s no a filter to add another projects.
Hi, I have installed your great theme but i ahve a problem with portfolio and logo. When you open website logo is duplicated. After scrollin page, logo is right. Portfolio is not adaptive when you go to the website the first time. If you regize browser, portfolio items go in order. Can you tell me how to fix these 2 issues? Thanks lot!

We have checked but there is no such issue with the hosting. We also tried to install theme on local pc we are getting the same issue.
I have installed a another theme same downloading from Theme Forest but they are working without any issues. I think there is some issue with the theme if there is a permission issue it has to be work on local PC.

Hi I am facing an issue with the padding & margin. When I am trying to add padding and margins on columns and rows settings it’s not working or even not reflecting on the front end. Will you please suggest what’s an issue with the visual composer.
It get padding from Visual Composer CSS. Add !important to CSS you wrote.
Hello I am not using any custom CSS if you have feature available in template to add paddings and margins then why we need to create custom css for each and everything.

I have checked and I didn’t find any issue with the visual composer. I have checked this with my another website on same server with same version of visual composer it’s working without any issues. Either there is some compatibility issue with visual composer and theme. Because whenever we changes settings it doesn’t reflecting on the front end. Can you please look into that issue. If there is issue with visual composer it was asking for license key which I don’t have.

I think, there’s a restriction on your site as a result of using login screen by .htaccess.
Please, remove it and test again!

I don’t suggest you to use Visual Composer in posts if you will use <-more-> tag. Because, VC doesn’t support it.
