I have. I also added the list ID to the newsletter template in the backend. But nothing seems to work. I currently use Mail Chimp free. Only the standard plugins for the theme are installed and activated + mail chimp. Another idea?

I find nothing in the documentation to newsletter or mail chimp. Any other Optin Forms works. Only the theme integrated doesn’t work. What do I need to do after the installation? By itself, the Optin Form doesn’t seem to work.

Hello! Did you update the WizeStore Core plugin? Do you see any other notifications besides theme registration at the top?

all my plugins are up to date. no other notitifications are there. I again deleted the wizestore from FTP, and uploaded and installed/activate theme through wordpress and same problem. I even used Reset All, and same thing. Deleted all plugins and reinstalled the whole thing, and i get same problem.

I have a woo commerce / wordpress e-shop. And they mentioned that I need to upload the file in ZIP and not unzip it before uploading. So what should I do???

You downloaded the package that contains other folders too. You will find the theme files zipped inside. Please try to unzip the package to check my words.

Ok. I just opened it. But there no files named “ENFOLD.ZIP” but there is a Zip folder named ” Theme_v.1.0.1 ” in which there is a zip folder called ” wizestore.zip”. Is it that folder that you want me to upload?

Hello! They can’t subscribed into woocommerce because they are not customers. We use mailchimp subscription plugin to get potentials customers to leave their emails. The same is with the contact form 7 plugin, it works as a contact form.

Hello! The mailchimp subscription menu item entitled ‘Subscribe Form’ in WP Dashboard. Please create a New Form from “Subscribe form” menu. Use Shortcode provided in options panel to show the mailchimp subscribe form on pages. I am sure the plugin has the documentation that you need to read to obtain more info.
