The theme is completely working one, that’s why to check what’s wrong on your end you have to submit a support request and our team will check it. There can be a lot of reasons why something goes wrong, starting with environment configuration and ending with 3rd party plugin that is installed and affecting the work of the theme. hi, i’ve been having the same issue as lheuredete a little bit above, that question is from 2 months ago, there hasn’t been a fix nor an update on the cause, please let me know what you found.
also, when i try to to view the demo on themeforest, and click on anything in the menu, i get an overlay with an x at top right that cannot be clicked away, unless you press ‘escape’, i get this on different browsers and mobile.

I do all the required updates when they’re available, which is where another issue comes up: when trying to update Slider Revolution there’s an error, and it’s been like that for a while it says “Updating Plugin: Revolution Slider Update package not available.”
So that’s about the plugin, but the issue with the shop page showing a blank image on hover when there’s only one image in the product is also in your own theme demo: [ https://livewp.site/wp/md/wizestore/daily-shop/page/2/ ] see the black fellow with the Mandarin Collar Shirt, when you hover over him – you have that issue.
So it’s not solved still.

UPDATE: problems mentioned above didn’t get fixed/resolved because the author needs me to renew my support in order to have issues fixed that they have in their own demo – not custom work, but regular maintenance update…
those who are considering buying this theme – think twice, author isn’t interested in fixing common bugs.

3 months ago, I also came here looking for an answer to this bug and asking about an update, yet the problem/bug persists even in your very own theme demo when you hover over the only product that does not have a second product image “Mandarin Collar Shirt”.

no, I simply reinstalled the theme manually (for some reason it wouldn’t auto-update even a week after there was an update) and the problem with the disappearing woocommerce product image was solved with the new update, big thank you for that.

I have been having some issues with your template, it makes my sites really slow, I have 2 sites using this theme and both have the same speed issues. I/O usage goes from time to time to 90% or even 100%, its not a server problem as I have check with them and it seems the theme wont work properly with woocomerce installed, I have test other themes and those work just fine, but when I activate your it goes really really slow. Can you help me pleaseI have bought 2 licenses already. thanks
