Elements can be hidden on specific devices within Visual Composer settings, namely Column settings>’Responsive settings’ tab.

One of the best WP template. Just 3 questions. 1. Phrase “Read More” in buttons on blog page. can be translated or changed. I couldn’t find it. 2. I think there’s a problem when we used modern style for left sidebars on a page. It change for alternative colours and it’s ok, but when you see the same page on mobile, it turns to the classic colour example: http://www.forte.com.pe/catalogo-forte/cerraduras/puerta-principal/enigma-5045/ Is there any way to change or maintain the style in all platforms?

1. “Read more” text can be translated in polo/translation/polo.pot file. More about ways to translate theme strings you will find in this article.
2. Thank you for the note! The modern sidebar must change its color on all resolution, if a custom background color is set in theme options. I’ll pass this issue to our coders to fix it in the nearest time. You can use classic sidebar as a temporary workaround.
3. Text color of the sidebars is changed together with the other content color in Theme options>Typography section. Please, specify what custom color and on which resolutions must be applied. We will try to help you.

Hi! I am considering purchasing this theme. I have two questions.
1) I would like my website to have the least amount of javascript possible. If I carefully choose which elements and widgets to use and which ones to leave out, can I make sure there is no (or very little) javascript running on the pages?
2) What steps have you taken to ensure the theme is SEO friendly?

Hi Alex,
1. HTML of this theme was created by another author, we just converted it into WordPress version. All javascripts are collected in one file and we think it will be quite hard to disable unneeded ones in this theme.
2. We used proper tags, headings, micro formats, markup and semantics recommended for proper SEO. Also this theme is fully compatiple with Yoast SEO plugin.

Hello, we are wondering about the use of “Subscribers” extension. Is there a way to send a notification to the subscribers when we publish new articles? What else can it be used for?

Subscribers extension serves only to collect user emails in CSV files. You can then download CSV file and use it in external services, like Mailchimp, Mailjet etc.

I sent email yesterday to info@crumina.net, Actually, I met the problem same with what Comm-On-Web said, it will caused white page both frontend and backend once it was upgraded with Polo Child theme for chinese user.
For now, portfolio-main-page will still cause white page at front end.

Hi, after updating the theme, wp and plugins i got an error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function polo_top_menu() in culturavenray.nl/wp-content/themes/polo-child/fragments/top-bar.php on line 90. Any idea what this can be?

The file top-bar.php has been changed in the update. So you should copy it from the updated Main theme, make the changes you need within updated file and re-upload it again to the Child theme.

I have a couple of questions before I purchase. I’m looking at using the Polo Corporate V7 template for my site and on mobile the homepage slider text is getting cut off? The layout looks broken and it doesn’t seem to be resizing properly? Is this something you can fix? It looks fine on desktop screens, but it’s a concern on smaller screens. My other question is if it’s possible to use elements from other Polo demo templates on this Corporate V7 template? eg. Can i use the ‘Our Blog’ section from the ‘Home Corporate’ demo for the ‘Corporate V7’ demo template?

Perfect! So I’ve purchased the theme and I’ve tried importing the demo data but it gets stuck on 20% importing? I’ve left it for several hours but still no change. There appears to be pages, posts and media that have imported. But how do I know if it’s been completed and imported everything?

Apparently execution time on your server is quite limited and not enough to import demo data. Please, try to reimport demo several times until you see 100%.

Somehow I can’t seem to make the mobile header sticky as well. I’ve set ‘Sticky header on mobile devices’ to ‘On’ and saved the form (the value stays ‘On’ after a refresh), but the mobile header still is not sticky.
What can I do to fix this?
