If you’re having trouble with the Fusion Slider loading, it’s likely a JS error on your site. This could be due to a plugin conflict or something added in your content. As a standard troubleshooting step, try disabling all non-Avada plugins to see if this is caused by any plugins you’re using. If so, enable your plugins one by one and refresh the issue page. When the problem returns you’ll know what plugin is causing this and can remove/replace as needed.

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hi there

To explain how menus work, regardless of what demo or site design you have, the main menu you assign to the site’s header, mobile, sticky header menu locations is a single menu assignment. For a one page site menu (as per our demo) you assign the same page scroll to, to each menu item. That all means the you can have say 5 menu items, were 3 of them when clicked scroll you to an anchor point on that same page and the remaining 2 menu items, when clicked can send you to different pages (away from the one page layout)

Thanks for the reply. However i’m asking if i can have a separate menu bar. One that is the main menu that click to other pages. And another menu bar below the main menu bar that is a product landing menu that has scrolls according to the anchor link.

I need 2 menu headers on the same page (not just one menu header). The main menu header will disappear upon scrolling, leaving only the landing menu that scrolls according to the anchor links on that page.

That will not be possible with our current setup actually as we only have 1 main menu in our theme right now, we do have secondary menu that you can assign at the top but that is not what you are looking for i believe, for what you need you will have to use any 3rd party plugin such as “Ubermenu”

Allow us to explain to you in detail how bundled plugins work, in regard to theme included plugins, it is not unique to Avada and applies to any theme that includes a plugin:

1 – ​​​Avada includes the Layer and Revolution Slider plugins, at no extra cost

2 – ​​As of right now, Avada 5.1.6 the latest version of the Layer Slider plugin is version 6.3.0 -> http://d.pr/i/uXYPZy – which is what you have

3 – ​​Because it is plugin territory, the respective plugin authors include a global update call for the plugins and it does not apply to theme included plugins -> http://d.pr/i/C4PWvO

4 – ​​The next release of Avada will version 5.2 which will in turn include the latest next version of the Layer and Revolution Slider plugins available at that time

5 – ​​You can safely ignore/dismiss the plugin authors update notice and it will not affect your site in any way

6 – If you are adamant and want to update the included plugin independent of the theme update, ​​you will need to purchase a separate license for the included plugin

1. Avada is very simple to install. Just download the theme files from your themeforest account after purchase and upload the theme to your site just like any other WordPress theme. For a video guide of this process, please see here > http://bit.ly/1QAivqF

2. Google ads can be incorporated into your site in a variety of ways. If you’re using ad code which can be placed in a text area, then you can simply use the Fusion Builder and place the add on your page through a Text Block element. Additionally, you could add the code to a text widget in your sidebar, footer or any other widget area if you wanted to have one single place to manage the ad code.

3. If you mean a Facebook Pixel, then yes, you can add any code which requires being added to the <head> area of your site through Avada’s theme options under the Code Fields area. (Located in Theme Options > Advanced > Code Fields) There you can also add Google tracking code.

We don’t currently have a demo using the buddypress plugin as of now. Avada is completely compatible with buddypress, but not design integrated at this time, so the plugin’s elements would use their default styling.

We do have this on our list to be added as a future feature and I just made a note there letting our dev team know that this was asked for again.

Thank you for your question. We don’t specifically test against Mailchimp plugins for compatibility, so we’re not able to 100% guarantee compatibility. However, Avada is coded following best practices and works just fine with most plugins out there.

Yoast SEO is used by a huge majority of Avada users and isn’t an issue, so you would be completely fine in that regard.

Thank you for your question! All page content in Avada sites are created through the Fusion Page builder. So you would be able to have any combination of content / page designs you like. One difference between those two demos that is noteworthy is that they’re using a different header layout. The Header layout will be set globally for your site, meaning it will need to be the same for all pages.

It looks like you may have imported the demo without the Revolution Slider plugin being installed and active. Without that plugin active, the sliders can’t import and that area will be blank in your demo.

You’ll need to import the demo again with the Revolution Slider plugin active. If you try to import the demo again now, it will result in duplicate demo content since it will all be added to your site again. The only way to prevent that is to clear the site and import again. If you use a plugin to do this, it will completely reset your site to the starting point of WordPress, so it should only be done if you’ve only added demo content. Any custom content will also be removed.

Thank you for your Questions! Everything on that page is added through elements, so it can be completely customized through the Fusion Page builder and the Avada options network. There’s no “Fixed” layout that you have to go by with Avada. You can see this by checking other Avada demos. All Avada demos are created by using Avada options and Fusion Builder elements in a different way, so you can see the diverse layouts that can be achieved. Regarding the image slider you referenced, if you mean the very first large image section, that is the Fusion Slider and can be added or removed on a per page basis, so that can be adjusted to fit your specs.

Regarding the logo size, you can upload a logo with specific dimensions you want for mobile and add it to your “Mobile Logo” option and that will be loaded when viewed from a mobile device. More info on Avada’s logo options can be found here > http://bit.ly/1UXe7AS

Regarding the menu in the footer, that’s a horizontal menu. If you wanted to have a menu where all the menu items are stacked on one another and centered within their footer column, that is also possible through the normal “Custom Menu” widget.

Sorry, I will not pay for yet another 6 months of support, for the sole purpose of pointing out a small developer error in your theme. Either you accept my bug report here and now, or ignore it and let your users struggle to fix it on their own. To repeat: The class ”.clearfix” is well known and widely used. If you are going to use that class name, you are supposed to follow established standards. If you want to the class to do something else, you need to name-space it, like for example ”.avada-clearfix” or similar. Since you have ”.clearfix” well defined according to all known standards in your theme’s CSS, it is clearly a bug that you redefine it in your builder plugin. Just delete ”.clearfix” from the Fusion Builder CSS, and everything will work perfect. No troubleshooting is necessary, just look at how ”.clearfix” is redefined in the plugin, and it will be more than obvious that it need to be deleted or amended. Copypaste this message to your developers, and it will take them less than 20 seconds to fix the bug.
