Can this work independently without having to use Mailster ?
In other words, can I create a “responsive” email template and use the code in a different newsletter program ?

We don’t keep an official changelog and we dropped support for other platforms with Mailster 3.0. Since the Mailster template is still HTML you can use it regularly in other email vendors though.

bought this last night. the “intro” model does not show correctly in gmail when I send a test email. Looks fine in admin and web preview
also any emoji use makes the emoji on its own line of text, many other templates do not do that

- Yes! The Mailster is compatible with the WordPress requirements.

We’ve just updated the links to the placeholder images recently. Since the template is only HTML it’s compatible to any PHP version.
I have two autoresponders on my WP site. One responder works (is sent after a new subscriber confirms their subscription), the other one (which is sent a few minutes later to welcome the new subscriber) does not work. I cannot find any different between the two. Any clues as to where to look for a fix? Thank you for any help you can give me to get this to work.

Our template are now only supporting Mailster. We’ve dropped support for any third party ESP.

It’s not an add on but a template for Mailster. It basically requires Mailster as it uses Mailster related tags. These tags do not interfere with other services so you can copy the HTML and use it somewhere else.

You can still use the previous version, This version is made for Mailster. You can download the package and test on your own.

MyISAM tables are what we use and the Newsletter Creator is currently working just fine with MySQL 5.5

Any fix on the not sending to MailChimp?
It’s OK. I have found what the issue is. It seems to be affected by AdBlocker. Not sure if you need to have a warning in the MailChimp upload to disable AdBlocker, but once I did this it was OK.

my company restricts anykind of callout to public internet, so wanted to know if the template builder 2 is something that requires access to the public internet to work. For further background, i will be using office 365 to send it to office 365 and office 2007 mail clients, browers are chrome and ie 11 and for mobile securehub mail and webclients. All on our internal network
The template builder requires a server but no internet access. The images are hosted on the server and are not accessible in email clients though.

Hi Is there a support forum to ask questions? The Mailchimp API is correct, and it stats it’s uploaded to Mailchimp, but nothing appears at MailChimp and the upload spinner keeps going!! Any thoughts?

Hello, I bought this template, because I don’t like the default template’s header area, I haven’t found in docs how can I change the header to a full width header image without hacking the template HTML. After buying this template, I also don’t find it even in Linus’s docs. I can use content block, that looks OK, but how can I edit easily the heder? I want to keep links to webversion, unsubsribe at the top, but I’d like to change the image, the background color etc, without direct HTML editing, exactly the same way as I can edit the content blocks. I simply want to keep the topmost line with webversion etc. links, then below that insert an image in fullwidth, set the topmost and other blocks’ basic background color from the Options are on the right, what I can do now.
As I see, the only problem is that I can not remove easily with WYSIWYG editor that block which contains Linus logo and has antracit backgound…

I will contact support but now I feel I wasted money buying this template. I bought it to spare time and to avoid the need of HTML forging… It is not fully created from removable blocks but it has some hardcoded ones. I supposed the problem only with the default, (“free”, included with plugin) MyMail template, but I was wrong.

The template comes with a header and footer part which is “fixed” and requires some basic html to alter. We have offered you to provide you with that html so there is no work on your end involved. Contact us via our contact from here and we will resolve this for you quickly.
