HI, I bought this theme over 6 month ago and I wonder how come there is no upgrades at all, all my other themes have at least 1 upgrade every month or so, is this theme still being supported and checked for any security upgrade or following WordPress upgrades??

And please if you are going to reply that I need to pay for support, just don’t bother, thank you.

Sailing or Charity will be called name-theme, we wrote to all our theme using “thim core” plugin in Knowledge Base of thimpress. Could you please let me know where did you find this in document? About update theme, we will try to update theme if have any problem with demo, please refer change logs http://prntscr.com/kqk62q.

One more thing, i want to notificate to you that time to support your site is expired so that you could not create topic in forum thimpress untill you renew support. It’s our policy and agreement with envato.

Sir, By changing the Documentation from the above message to the following: Visit Dashboard >> name-theme (ex: Charity) >> Dashboard and the theme will be updated in just few seconds.

It will not make upgrade any easier, as your documentation is about some other theme, There is no such thing as Update, the Dashboard/Upgrades shows as all themes are up to date and the Dashboard/Theme doesn’t have any Update in few seconds :-(

I did manage to upgrade Via FTP, All hell broke loose, couple of days work got me back on track. After writing a very large Custom CSS. As I said earlier: Theme looks good BUT DO NOT BUY THIS THEME, as it is meant to juice the buyer into paying Support to solve issues. Even after 6 months.

I know how difficult you are facing to update the theme. Because you do not renew support so I can not help you check site. Nem theme does not use thim core plugin so can not use the first way to update theme as tutorial. Therefore, you need to use the second way, using ftp account. Notes that always back up your site before updating the theme, use child theme for all code changes in the parent theme. And finally, the most important, always keep calm down to re-save customize after updating theme. If you do right all things then you will update theme without any problem for sure.

when I imported demo content I’ve got this message:

theme (resca) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme

As far as I know, I have bought NEM Theme…. And whats about that message?

Hi, I purchased themeforest-14025178-restaurant-wordpress-theme-nem. It’s uploaded to wordpress on an iPage.com hosting. However, none of the content (your design for the sample pages) are present. I understand if you won’t allow me to use your images, but your template is what I bought, and I don’t see any of the pages. Is this part of the zip file that I downloaded? Is there something else that needs to be done to get these pages?

Otherwise, this is not going to work and I will need a refund.

For the Nem theme, the scrolling function using mouse (as opposed to using cursor on website slider) works on most browsers (safari, firefox, etc.) except Chrome. Is there a fix for this?

I recently encountered an issue with scrolling, wherein I cannot use the normal scrollbar in Chrome. I can scroll using Microsoft Edge browser, but I’ve encountered this issue on my site as well as another site using the Nem theme. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks you.

They left an error under Mozilla unresolved from November! (https://thimpress.com/forums/topic/nem-theme-menu-category-pictures-style-error/) And we cannot access the support topic as they say the support period has ended even if they didn’t resolve this common problem.

As you see, the post which says it will be repaired in few days is from February. The last theme update was in April and the problem still exists now, at the end of July! In our opinion, Nem is not a fully checked and reliable theme and you force clients to pay for support just to let you know the problems which are found due to your lack of theme testing before making it public. We don’t need any support but reparing your mistakes. Why should somenone pay to let you know your bugs? It is not fair.

Hi, since using this theme, in the reservations form, there is a letter ‘S’ after every date for example, “24S June 2017” “30S June 2017”

I bought the theme and never used it. tried to install it last weekend and had problems. followed the link you sent me and i cant do anything because i am 2 month out of support. i see many people told you the samething and had cases opened. this is one of the cases. please tell me here what to do

Hi, When importing the demo data (either one of the three available), none of the menu are working. In the first one, instead of being located to the left in the yellow menu, all options show up on the top of the screen, with no effects whatsoever. In the case of the template two and three (top left side display menu and center menu) no menu elements are showing. No errors showed during Nem template install, nor during demo data install. What am I missing ? Thanks,
