You can simply get the hamburger menu by selecting our header-v6 from Avada > Theme Options > Header > header content area, however the gallery you see there is actually our portfolio grid that you can set using our portfolio element and you can read all about it here => http://bit.ly/2hmxdq5

We have not officially tested this particular plugin with our theme so we can not provide you with a 100% solid answer and i will suggest getting in touch with the plugin author about this as well and perhaps they have knowledge on if their plugin is compatible with Avada or not. Regarding the menu disable option we use standard WP practices so you can simply unassign the menu from a particular location.

This is not a menu and its also not a part of our theme actually, what you see there is actually a part of ThemeForest itself that is for users to switch to different demos and styles, this is not a part of Avada itself and you will find it for a lot of themes that has a lot of demos and other styles to show, however we have received a number of suggestions about this and its already in notice of our developers who will be working to create an option like this soon

Installing a demo in an already built site with content and its own menus / widgets is actually not recommended at all, reason being that it will overwrite almost all your settings however yes you can install it on a sub domain once and then transfer all your content to it such as pages / post and media. It will take some amount of time but that is the only possible way to do this

We are glad to hear that you like our product and considering to use it for one of your projects again, however i have checked the provided site and its using a lot of custom animations which are not easily possible using out of the box Avada options, we do have parallax options for our theme too such as you can see here in our demo => http://bit.ly/2eO3hyj, however something exactly like that site will require good amount of custom work and for that you need to look for a front end developer. Hello,

The primary color will affect the hover color for normal text links and several other highlight effects in the theme. For the button colors, you’ll want to go to Theme Options > Fusion Builder Elements > Button Element. Then adjust the styling as needed.

Avada comes with its own page builder, so we don’t have recommendations for other page builder plugins. In most cases, Avada will work just fine with third party plugins, but you may want to check with the plugin author to see if they have tested their page builder plugin with Avada.

We haven’t officially tested Avada for compatibility against the Bookly plugin, so we wouldn’t be able to make any guarantees. However Avada does generally work well with plugins that are coded following WP standards.

That being said, you may also check into using WooCommerce Bookings > http://bit.ly/2smvkfy which will work well with Avada and you’ll be able to use the payment gateways available in WooCommerce. WooCommerce is tested for compatibility with Avada, so you won’t have to worry about incompatibility issues.

Regarding a calendar, you can use the Events Calendar plugin from Modern Tribe. This is also a recommended plugin and is tested with Avada. When you install Avada on your site, you’ll find the install button for this plugin under the “Avada > Plugins” tab.

Also, just a reminder, when you purchase Avada, you’ll have 6mo. of free included support. That means you’ll have access to our dedicated support team if you have any technical issues or even just layout questions.

Themes are essentially the whole of your website’s appearance. So there would be a transitional stage where you’ll need to configure Avada to the design you’re wanting.

Any custom post types from the previous theme will need to be converted over to Avada. There are import plugins which can do this, assuming you have a large number of custom post types (anything other than default WP Pages and posts). Otherwise, if there are just a few or none, that wouldn’t pose an issue for you.

The Avada theme uses its proprietary page builder plugin (Fusion Builder), however I have seen customers with VC in use on their Avada sites and it appeared to work fine, though we don’t officially test this plugin for compatibility.

To sum that up, the best approach for this would be to setup a staging site with Avada installed, import your content and configure your new site before making any changes to your live site. It’s recommended to use the Fusion Builder since it’s native to Avada and will without it, you wouldn’t have the complete Avada experience. However, with the above setup, you could test both setups before choosing how you’ll do your live site.

The backup font family is used in case the google font is not loading for the user, in some countries the google services are blocked and if you do not have a proper backup font your site font will not render properly, its just a good practice to have backup fonts and that is why they are a part of our theme

That’s because the image is styled with “float”. For this layout, you’ll want to use a 1/4 column for an image frame element and a 3/4 column for your text. That will separate these areas more completely and your bullet points will be moved away from the image.

If you’re having trouble importing a demo, it’s generally due to server limits being set to low. You can check those on Avada’s System Status page. You can find more details on the System Status page here > http://bit.ly/29P6ivL

You’ll primarily want to check your PHP Memory Limit and your PHP Time Limit. They should be 256M and 300 respectively.

There’s nothing in Avada itself that would cause that, however, it may be something related to cache on your site or the loading of styling resources. It could also be a plugin conflict as well. As a standard troubleshooting step, try disabling all non-Avada plugins to see if this is caused by any plugins you’re using. If so, enable your plugins one by one and refresh the issue page. When the problem returns you’ll know what plugin is causing this and can remove/replace as needed.

If that doesn’t fix this for you, we would be happy to check into this firsthand. You currently have a valid support license, so you’ll just need to signup at our support center and send in a ticket and one of our support members will check this out for you.

Basically the page that you set as your blank page you put it as your Home Page (front page) using WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading tab

So when you do it, any user will only see that page when they access your site and since admin will be logged in you can simply go to all the pages using dashboard.

The blank page won’t lock down the site, but does remove the header and footer, so you your menu isn’t on the page. The viewer would need to navigate through the address bar in order to access your site. If you want to actually lock the site and block any navigation away from your Coming Soon page, you’ll want to install a Coming Soon plugin.
