Our theme documentation is the same like online documentation http://wellspring.mikado-themes.com/documentation/ and we are not providing registration instructions. Themes may or may not offer registration and this part is up to author. In both cases users won’t be able to update bundled plugins unless author release update which contain new versions.

Our theme is unfortunately not compatible with EDD, as we have not tested it within our theme. EDD is very simple plugin which is just handling transactions, so we don’t see any potential issue with it, but you should test it before going live.

when i import the theme this is what it say …..This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number…. and i upload it but just few page appear on the page it missing the rest

If your import is failing try the following:
1) Download and Install 7zip. 2) Right click on your .XML file -> 7zip -> Add to Archive 3) Change the “Archive format” to gzip and hit “OK” 4) Try to import the file again (using the .gz you just created) and it should work.

This is excerpt text and you can change that on every blog post. You’ll have to check Screen options > Excerpt and when you have done that an extra field will appear that you can edit to your own. Excerpt will always be displayed on Blog Lists.

We’re currently working on major update for all our themes, which will include plugin updates as well, but we can’t tell exactly when it is going to be released. You can use older versions for now, it is safe, and you will be notified by Theme Forest when new version of the theme is out.

Unfortunately not, there is no way to do that since this is separate system (Events and WC) but you can create some product that relates to that event (you can add purchase button to your event via Visual composer)

I have purchased Wellspring theme and tried to import dummy content through xml export folder that is located in downloaded main folder. Through Wordpress importer I tried to upload wellspring-export.xml, import succeed only partially. I have my site set up exactly the same. http://prnt.sc/eypd3l – and still the variation to the product does not show in the front end. http://prnt.sc/eypdln -you told me to open a support ticket but my support just expired, I am not wanting to pay more to resolve an issue that should be resolved with this theme, it should just work that way with woo comm.

Unfortunately, we can’t tell much without inspecting site. What we suggest is to turn of all third party plugins, and also, make sure you didn’t use new version of WooCommerce (3.0) since we didn’t update our theme yet. An update will be released soon.
