Recommendation for Next Updates:
- Ability to add custom filters e.g. Status, Land Status
- Make the location available as well to Australia, that people can add State, Region, Suburb, Estates
- Add the ability to add custom content section… e.g. I want to add a graphic vicinity map instead of a map
- Please also add a section where we can add a video.
This will improve the selling point of this template. Also please make sure that the theme can handle swarms of visitors.

I would need you to explain these suggestions a little more.
1) The status filter in the search form is dynamic and flexible to add as many as you want.
2) Locations are also flexible to do the same as you suggested, already. You can add different locations from backend side according to your needs.
3) Where you want to add custom contents? Any link to that page or name.
4) A property supports this section already. Where else you need it?
5) This is a standard WordPress theme that has built and maintained with the up to date coding and approaches standards.
A site load and traffic, bandwidth and most of the others the related facts need to be handled through a good hosting service.

Locations are also flexible to do the same as you suggested, already. You can add different locations from backend side according to your needs. FOR USA yes but for Australian client I don’t think it is possible.

The location is only set for USA and but let us say Australian company will use this theme it is not automatically adjusting based on the way Australian map. Australian maps are like this State > Region > Suburb and if they want to add estate … Estate is a community title where the houses are placed. I think if you do this you will encourage more sales.

Location boxes in the search form are totally flexible and you can choose to display 1 to 4 locations boxes based on your needs.
Choose 1, if you want to display all locations into one select box. ( Demo is currently using it )
Choose 2, if you want to display locations like State > City OR City > Suburb.
Choose 3, if you want to display locations like Country > State > City OR State > City > Suburb
Choose 4, if you want to display locations like State > Region > Suburb > Estate

One more question – is it possible to show the results of search one under one in Classic template? Not in 2 columns.
And do not show the map at the left in Modern template. Show the search results full width, not only on 50% width. May be move the map above or remove at all.

hello .. i ve tested the new update , follow the steps you said in the update folder and , deactivated the plugins and is realy braking the website! i also send you a email for suport ! another isue is .. property status is not working in header search ( theme made from scratch no others pugins instaled! on test server! ) i also whant to know when can we modify the colours ! .. how to modify the banners from header? its ok the new design , but you should focus to implement new real estate tools in the theme! good job till know!

yes.. i was looking all afternoon in the website.. one problems seems to be from the pictures ( home page properties is not aligned) and in property page from 19 properties more the half ar showing a huge white space under the galery ( normaly that was galerry botom)... and the other problem is for my caldera forms … I have a request viewing made in each property and in version 3.0 ( real homes) when click request viewing(solicita vizionare) brakes the footer ! I m trying tonight to create it from zero with old design version 3.0 and after i ll notify you if there are some problems ( lucky that i dont posted much properties in it) :)) thx for the answer .. regarding to real estate tools i l send a email with what should be usefull in it! first and most important is a 3d virtual tour selfhosted or iframe emmbeded!

Hi, I purchased the theme. I have one issue need to be solved.
I am having issue with the feed. In the feed i need to display all my property with google map lang lat information. Also i need on the feed are
- photos - price - location (latitude/longitude) - house type - bedrooms - bathrooms - features - whether property is for sale, for rent, etc.
It is also only 10 properties.

We have provided a design switching panel within the theme as you can view at following documentation section http://realhomes.inspirythemes.biz/doc/#design-variation .
You can switch between design variations without problem If originally uploaded images are big enough to support new design. You also have to follow recommended steps after switching.
I would recommend you to do it on a staging version first and if things went well then do it on production site. You can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-clone-by-wp-academy/ to clone your production site on staging for this purpose.

Seems like there is a misunderstanding. @Pythouche, the logo image is not placed on the images or on the homepage contents somewhere. It’s a logo image that can be replaced by the theme settings and it is a totally separate part from the pages contents and their images but overlapping with transparent background of the header area.
If you are looking to have some kind of watermark of your logo on the images you upload on your site then it can be achieved through one of the several good plugins available out there on the wp.org repository to meet users needs in variety.

Newsletter widget is based on mailchimp for WordPress plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/ and we have not included it in demo import as it required integration with mailchimp using their API key which is private for each user.
So you can easily install this plugin, integrate it with your mailchimp account and use its widget in footer yourself.

I assume you are talking about the Appearance > Theme Settings options panel. That has been deprecated in the theme version 2.5.0 and removed completely in later updates.
Now this theme offers all customizing options through Appearnace > Customizer settings.
If that’s not the case then please share some screenshots related to your issue, so that we can understand properly and help you.

Hello. My client has an older version of RealHomes (2.4.3) When i tried to update manually, after “better way to update” steps, homepage looks like it have no style also some setting in admin don’t show up properly.
I can give you the purchase code in private, as the theme was bought from my clients account.
What solutions do I have?

lol but this is a bug you should have resolved between theme updates. why should I pay for an update that should be free?
There are no charges for the updates. However, you must need an active support period to gain help from our dedicated support team.
Many of our users have updated the theme to 3.0.0 without any such issue.

About the plugins, I just did the download and came not the last file. For Slider Revolution here says: A new version of Slider Revolution is available and for WPBakery Visual Composer says the same. In this case says: 29.06.2017 – ver 5.2 available.

Did you see the last line of that changelog version 3.0.0 is “Whole file structure is changed.”
So we can’t provide you the whole theme files names to check. We have restructured the code base completely to make this theme better and multi-design supported.
