It is a custom coding, the theme has not the functionality as default.

You can have a different footer for each template. For example; the home page has only the call out banner in the footer http://rttheme18.demo-rt.com/ while this page has widgets http://rttheme18.demo-rt.com/our-products/ Only the footer bar with the copyright text is visible for all pages but it is easy to hide just for the home page with a line of custom CSS code.

My support ran out a few days ago, so I try it here. Unfortunately, newly created products are no longer displayed in the categories. There seems to be a problem since the last update? More specifically with the Visualcomposer Template … Does anyone know a workaround? The new product is displayed in a Product Carousel, but not in its ProductPost (Extended) or Category… Need Help!.

I have the same trouble with this theme. I updated the theme to the latest and for some crazy odd reason some pages are blank white. The content is there yet, it is not showing. Please help as this is really troublesome as our site is down and not visible for potential clients.

The Woocommerce Product and Woocommerce Product (extended) function do not work in Template Builder, they do not display Woocommerce products.

What about the license of Layer Slider WP, Slider Revolution License? I got no license code for them.

Those are bundled plugins and you are free to use with the theme and there are not extra license keys comes with the theme for them. But those plugins offer some additional contents for their own buyers but you don’t need that extra contra (premium sliders) to re-generate the demo of the theme as we have included demo sliders to the package.

Create a tenplate and in the header row of the template you can hide them. assign that template to that page.
Please consult the build in setup assistant for more details on the template builder or any other subject you need more information on as we did a fairly good job on writing out the help for this theme.

Do you know why can’t I configure the menu to be like in the demo, with the big menu items and the small description underneath?
I have tried changing the style of the header to Design1 and also to Design2, and there is no visual change when I do this. Also, I have put the small description of each menu item into the corresponding field in the Menu section.
There must be something I am missing, but I don’t know what it might be.

The “Header Style 2” doesn’t support subtitles. But you can use this custom CSS code;

put the code into Styling Options > Custom CSS, then don’t forget to increase your header height via Styling Options > Header

Hi, For the “Design 1” you can use RT-Theme 18 > Header Options > “Enable Top Level Menu Subtitles.” checkbox.
