1. Search bar cannot be added to shop page because that is not default WooCommerce functionality, and achieving that will require some modifications and custom coding.

2. It is probably due to loading time, and you should be able to overcome this with some caching / optimization plugin. Try free WP fastest cache plugin for example.

With desired margin-top value and paste it in Select options > general > Custom Code > Custom Css. It will be applied on all blog posts, so there is no need to do this for each one.
