Hi, ​i’m not able to change the header. ​What i’ve done is, opened the source of index.html and replaced everything withing the <header></header> tags with the full code from the header4-container.html file in the headers folder. After doing this when i refresh the page, it still shows the original header. ​ How do i change this?

The other issue that i’ve noticed, is that when the home page loads or when we do a refresh, the spinner continues spinning, until the mouse cursor is moved. This means if the mouse cursor is not moved, then the spinner would go on spinning infinitely, wherein the user would think the site loading is slow.

your support team was able to connect to the server, and they still say that the login is incorrect. why would they say such a thing?

It can be clearly seen from the screenshot they sent, that they had successfully connected to one of the tabs, but, why did they say that they cannot connect. I’m not sure about the way things are going.

Kindly let me know if the issue would be resolved by today, other wise i would have to request a refund from themeforest..

if you are not a developer, you shouldn’t buy the HTML version, because you will not have the management panel to control the site, and you have to go to html file to edit. HTML version is for developers who like to develop it into any CMS platform without much purchasing cost.

Hi. We are already and establish ecommerce store and have made a lot of onsite og offsite seo to our ecommerce store (link building ect). Are scaling up our store and need a theme like this, where we can have a huge amount of different products and categories. Also, have a site who is prepared to could be lunch in different countries, languages and currencies.

Can we install this theme on our Magento 1 store and what concerns do we need to have, about the SEO we already have done? It will be fatal for us, if we lose all our ranking when we change the theme.
