thanks for your positive feedback, actualy we designed this for wordpress and already we are working on wordpress version, but as we dont know themeforest will gonna allow us to sell it there, we putted HTML version for feedback..
for now this is only HTML version with functional PHP form but you will going to get wordpress version very soon.
