To say that I am disappointed by your response to my support ticket would be an understatement. It seems that you either are not reading my messages or have decided that a customer’s problem is unimportant. This is unacceptable customer service: I have paid for support and I intend to have this problem which is from the code you provided resolved.
In my first message to you about this problem, I clearly stated that I had already tried the SMTP settings (using the GMail SMTP settings) with no resolution. Now you are saying that it’s my server. That is incorrect: other forms on the same server work correctly. Sending me to a post from 2009 that relates to issues of another version is not the solution either.
The 5.2.13 version of thePHPMailer you included in this template is outdated. Please send us the files for the php-mailer folder based on the latest PHPMailer version on Github is 5.2.23. As this problem has already dragged on for more than 2 weeks I expect to receive these files within the next 24 hours. I will post this message on the Themeforest comments board.

Hi, great work there.. few questions before purchasing this.. 1) I see there is option for multi-language, is this possible with Chinese characters ? 2) Since there is multi-language option supported as well as blog, i presume that there will be admin panel for this ? in such case when there is no admin panel / cms interface…. how could the user to enter / create a new blog post / article ? assuming the user is non-IT savvy ? Also, when creating a new article for blog, is it user has to create a new html file and edit the page in order to link it eg : www.abc.com/blog1.html … when there is new article, user will have to create blog2.html and update the site to link it www.abc.com/blog2.html ? thanks

Is there code in the Video Background section or slider that will show an image on a mobile when the video will not play. On a desktop the video plays nicely. On a mobile I want it to show an images rather than blank. The poster code does not work.
