hi we bought the theme and implemented on a radio station. we seems to be having an issue with the video player. when its in full screen mode , the page reloads itself and player stops. how to fix this , please help

so should i download the latest version or just comment the line you just suggested
the actual version should have that line already commented, but there is no documentation if this change was already in the actual version or is gonna be published in the upcoming one (is a very recent change) so you can verify and in case is not commented, you can comment it now.
It was so long to wait for the suport from the forum. This theme is the same price as X theme but the support is completely different. I cannot belive the question : how to change the “read more ” button to ” see more” or ” click here” button stil not answer yet. This would be and easy task for you guy. I have a lots of question queue in the line but the easiest 1st one is still there. Unbelivevable . There is only one guy name chris support in the forum. So what 59$ 6 month support for?

Hi, I wanted to leave a response to your comment in regards to my review. In regards to the songs, I was putting an album on the site and it kept deleting the songs after I got to a certain amount, it did it several times where I got to the point that I just gave up and purchased an html theme. Also in regards to it being slow, I upgraded the php as suggested on the forums, downgraded and removed pics to test that, what else would slow it down if you don’t mind me asking? I really like theme. If I could sort the speed problem out I would really like to use the theme for my main site. I also tried upgrading my host and have tried two different hosting companies because I thought it may have been an issue with them. Thanks in advance and thanks for your response. PS – It’s not my host, my main site runs perfectly fine on it, I use a different theme for it and I don’t use woocommerce.
hello, the problem seems a hosting space issue. Please contact your hosting provider to check the limits of your hosting package, as your sympthoms are exactly these.
This may also be the cause of the slow loading time as the server can be overloaded or too full.
Also, if you don’t use WooCommerce delete that plugin as is a major cause of CPU and memory leaking and it requires a commercial level of hosting.
Another important thing is to use a caching plugin but if your memory is full this will totally block your server.
If you still have problems please let me know: - Server dedicated RAM and CPU - max amount of files - number of existing files - HD space and usage
Also, try to disable any plugin not provided with the theme and see if it gets better, as we notice every day more and more plugins sucking a lot of resources for nothing (like post clone, all in one migration and others).

Hello, I just installed the woocommerce plugin and this is the message I got after I installed it -

Hello! We just published a WooCommerce update few days ago and then WooCommerce just changed again some files. It won’t break your pages, they may be just small changes in design, we will come back with an update asap but don’t worry about secirity or similar issues, functionslity is intact. Quick fix before theme update: please add this css in Appearance->Editor->CSS or in the style.css of your child theme:

The new theme version has been sent on publishing now, 1.3.5 [2017 July 24], still we can’t add support for new lightbox because it conflicts with some rpe-existing functions, but we are working on it in order to provide this improvement asap (actually is the first thing on the list for next update).

Can you tell me if there’s away to make more that one video section? I’d like about 3 or four, one for live videos, one for official videos, one for interviews and so on.

Videos can be set using the Visual Composer, editing the Row settings (there is a youtube video background setting).

Hello, it looks like you have a plugin or some content breaking the page. Is hard to tell but you are having a LOT of javascript errors. You should try to make the homepage from scratch and see what specific content is breaking it.
Also, you may have external plugins breaking the page, please try disabling them and see if it starts working again.

I don’t have any other plugin installed , even when I create a new page the homepage doesn’t display even though the other pages are displaying correctly
Hello, it looks like you have a Gridstack Carousel in you homepage with wrong parameters, and this by cohincidence is causing the issue. It may be that you carousel is loading a post type empty, or a similar case. Please check all the settings of your carousels, and eventually delete them to find which one is causing this.
