Hi, sometimes when I click the menu items, the pop-up does not show up. I get this error:

Thank you for the fast response. I’ve enabled the “regular” header and it shows the register and login options, but when I click the links, nothing happens. #popup_login & #popup_registration do not seem to do anything.
Is there something else I need to enable to ensure the links work properly?
Finally, when I select “original” in the header section, the cart disappears. How do I re-add the cart icon to the “original” header?

I find it hard to believe your theme doesn’t use Contact Form 7.
I’d say the last 20 themes I’ve purchased use it, and it’s up and running in a few clicks literally. I just took it as a given that your theme would have that option also, but was wrong.
I actually wouldn’t have purchased this theme had I known that it is impossible to customize the contact form area.
You should look into adding it to the theme in the future, or at the very least updating your documentation to actually explain how to get the contact form working.
Your theme is extremely counterintuitive. It is difficult to customize your theme options in general (colours, fonts, etc.) and specifically the contact form area (still can’t get it working). Also, your visual composer sections are really odd (Block Container, Columns>Column, Services, Empty Space, etc.). I’ve been using VC for years and have never had this much trouble with simple customization.

There is no any reference to the Contact Form 7 plugin on the theme description page or in the theme documentation which is available online here http://jacqueline.themerex.net/doc/ and can be checked before the purchase.
The forms in the theme are created with the help of trx_form shortcode. But you can also install the Contact Form 7 plugin into Plugins – Installed Plugins in admin and use it in the theme instead of the default forms.
As for the default contact forms customization, we are going to include more detailed instructions on how to customize them in the next theme update. I am certainly not inexperienced in customizing Wordpress websites. And I’m sorry to say it is taking me three times as long to customize as any other theme I’ve purchased to date.
For example, in customizing the homepage demo content, the about us text is linked to services, which makes it troublesome to drag and drop certain elements. You can’t search through the page for certain words on the back-end editor (as you normally would be able to with any other VC customization).
I am not saying that I looked through the documentation before I purchased the theme. If I had, I wouldn’t have purchased it. What I am saying is that I assumed this theme, like the last 10 I’ve purchased for instance, would follow a certain level of consistency.
Your theme is incredibly difficult to customize and also very counter-intuitive. I’m hoping that my comments might help you update the theme in the future to make it more user friendly

Pre sales question. On Home 1 view, near the bottom appears 3- 4 products from the store. Is there a way to show the products but link them to the actual store in another website? (avoiding using the integrated shopping cart)

The ‘Our Products’ section you see on Home-1 is created with the help of the Essential Grid layout, which is set to display the posts from Products section in your admin with the post link automatically, there is no way to assign the custom links to the product posts. However, there is the Custom Services shortcode you can use in order to achieve the desired and assign the custom link to the image.
You can add the services section using Visual Composer and put a tick next to ‘Custom Services’ option like this http://prntscr.com/ddn050
Then add the Services Item to the Services Shortcode clicking the ’+’ mark http://prntscr.com/ddn0w3
Then specify the title, the image, the Read More link text and the URL for the Custom Services item http://prntscr.com/ffg3wk and you will get the block looking like this: http://prntscr.com/ffg69n, which is pretty similar to the default Our Products section layout, created with Essential Grid.
