Hello, looks like a great theme. Just want to make sure it works for my purposes. I want to set up a wellness directory with spas, gyms, practitioners, health food stores, etc. under their respective categories. I would want every listing to be small size with image, short description of business, street address, phone number and website address. These would be free. Then if they wanted a 1/2 or full detailed web page, it would be a paid premium listing and could be marked as such on the smaller free one. Is this all doable?

Currently, ListingPro site owner can monetize the site by charging per listing and ad campaign basis. So based on the current monetization module you can accept paid/free listings and or you can get paid for per ad campaign basis.
But according to your query….if any user who wants to see the complete information of any listing detail page, then he or she will have to pay membership fees separately. It’s a new feature. Sorry, this option is not available & unable to provide ETA.
But this is a very good idea. So I would request you please submit a feature request with proper screenshots to our features bucket. Our team will review your suggestions and will try to implement in the future releases.

Currently, ListingPro has the following search filters (Inexpensive, Moderate, Pricey, Ultra High end, Open Now, Highest Rated, Most Reviewed, City, Category and listing features filter).

Because ListingPro is an advance directory theme with cities, categories and sub categories. That’s why we implemented listing search options at the Homepage and category page. So for listing search, you have to filter necessary options and press the search button otherwise it will not work.

What is the recommended size for the category images? I did not see it in the documentation.

Thank you. Where do the largest category images appear? I ask because if I optimize the images for the listing categories module/widget, then they may not be optimized when they appear elsewhere.

You can filter listings on the inner pages by highest rated, most reviewed, open now etc while searching listings from the category page. Please see the link: http://studio.listingprowp.com/listing-category/automotive
But for the front page, sort by highest rating is not available. But it’s on our roadmap. Hopefully, it will be included very soon.

Yes, ’’Ads’’ will be automatically displayed randomly based on the relativity of the search term. When user will search category + location then ads will come accordingly and when user will use the filter then ads will come up accordingly. ’.

Wonderful theme! I have a few questions:
1) Would it be possible to setup custom fields? 2) Can those custom fields be displayed defined by user role? Example, I want to hide the contact details from visitors, but they should be visible to registered users. 3) I noticed that the Stripe payment plugin has been supported. Stripe is also offering a Dutch payment ability, please check: https://stripe.com/docs/sources/ideal Is this also working with your theme?

1) Yes, it’s possible.
2) Custom fields are referred as ’’form fields’’ in ListingPro. And all form fields are working based on the custom post type (e.g: listing) instead of the user role. Form fields visibility based on the user role is not available at the moment.

Question: If I have 100 customer that pay in the same category for ads (top in search or detail page) what are the rules?, i mean, how can I know what customer will really be in the top results? how many? i dont see any difference within the 100 customers, there is no bid for example that could limit it by price, please explain or tell me how can i show only top 5 for example, with what you have, maybe by most popular or most commented, etc, please advise

’’Ads’’ system works based on the targeted search terms. Suppose when any user will search category + location or use filter then ads will come accordingly. That’s why ’’Ads’’ are displaying and works randomly.
In paid ad campaigns, there is no difference in customers as you are asking. Because all customers paid the same amount for the spot.

How does member (non business) find their saved listings? There is no My Favorites in the dashboard. Please advise.

Did you check the ’’Saved’’ option of ’’User Dashboard’’? If a registered member visits his user dashboard then he will see an option named “Saved”. If any user clicks on the “Save” link while visiting listing, then the saved listing will be displayed inside of the “Saved” option.
