Hi I’m using chroma and the theme wont let me delete anything I have made neither in the pages Ive created or the ESS grids I make in there nothing will delete at all. Please help. BTW this was a spontaneous thing that just started happening I made no changes to the site for some time and came back to it in this way….

Please try to deactivate the theme and activate a theme by default (such as twenty fifteen) and see if you can delete your post.
Perhaps your disk is full ? I’d recommend to contact your webhost about this.

You dont have to buy plugins license. Every plugins required to support our demos is bundled with our theme. The slider should be responsive. Which demo has a no responsive slider? And on which device?

The plugin does not work well for me, I edit the text and image but it is not in the position where I place it, I try it on different devices and they do not remain in the same position. Text is not the worst responsive image.
This is why I do not like Slider Revolution, in the panel I set it up in a way but when I publish it it looks totally different.

Once this is enabled, this will give you the option to adjust every elements depending the size of the screen when you edit your slides. See the option that will be available when you enabled Custom Grid Size: http://d.pr/i/aaAk7

Hello,
when I click on same link in menu as current page, page reloads and player stops playing. Is there some workaround as disable link in menu to current page or another one? Is there a chance to look at this (happens in every demo)?

I understand what you mean. When you click on link that is the current page, the behaviour of the browser will refresh the page (same thing as when you hit refresh in your browser window). This make the whole page reload so we dont have control over this unfortunately.

Yes, you just have to use a other css selector:

Hey Guys, I found a bug.
When I am on the events page in the admin area (wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=event) and I try to select all (Bulk Actions) to send all of them to the trash at once, it redirects me back to the homepage and it doesn’t delete the posts. Luckily, I can delete each post one by one for now. I haven’t tried this on the other unique post types such as discography or etc but on the regular post types (Blog Posts), the bulk delete works fine.

I installed the demo content first and now I want to change the favicon and other apple icons. I was able to change them in the admin area… however, the changes aren’t reflecting. Its still showing the old favicon. I cleared my cache and tried it in different browsers. Nothing. Any ideas?

Make sure to remove all the logo in wp-admin > croma > fav icons & metadata.
Then go to wp-admin > appearance > customize > site identity and change your favicons there.
Then make sure to clear your browser cache or any cache plugins and try again.

Unfortunately after trying the above described way, it didn’t work. When searching for a resolution I stubbled upon this:

In such case you need to wait on your WordPress theme author to update Visual Composer on their side and push it to you. Also support related questions should be addressed to your WordPress theme provider.

The Visual Composer version available with croma 3.2.2 is 5.1.1. If you cant install vc 5.1.1 in the wp-admin>appearance>install plugins menu, please open a ticket at http://support.irontemplates.com

Hello, i absolutely looooooooooooove your theme!great job! I have just one pre purchase question, does the inbuilt music player allow you to link external mp3 files from others host like dropbox or mega share or cloud based options? Reading through your comments I see you’ve indicated that it cannot link to soundcloud or mixcloud, however you can use the embed option, which in my opinion kinda ruins the beauty of the theme. So i was wondering if it is possible since my client has big mp3 files around 80 MB in size. Your quick response will be highly appreciated!

I have a big problem on some pages that do not display correctly when opening. The page must be refreshed so that it opens correctly. It seems that this may come from the player which crash some .jquery or .js.

Je viens de faire la mise à jour mais le problème persiste. A l’ouverture de la plupart des pages, certains éléments ne s’affichent pas, comme le slider ou les différentes galleries images et vidéos.

Il ce peut que le problème soit causé par le feature nice scroll. Cette fonctionnalité va disparaître dans la prochaine mise à jour. SVP, allez dans wp-admin>croma>general settings et désactivé l’option nicescroll.
Si l’option est déjà désactivé ou si cela ne règle rien, il vous faudra ouvrir un ticket au http://support.irontemplates.com et partger l’accès à votre site.

J’ai trouvé la solution. C’est finalement la version Bêta du permanent player qui était en conflit avec le js de mes galleries. Tout est réglé, j’ai simplement désactivé l’option et tout fonctionne correctement. J’espere que le player Bêta sera bientot stable car la fonctionnalité était sympa.

You can use any visual composer element linkable, as the single image, custom heading, or a button.
You need to select “target to a new window”. And reach a zip file in th url.
You can also insert html in a html raw element.

The best way to get started with our theme is to import the demo. Install the theme and its required plugins, then go to WP-Admin > Tools > Demo Content Install and you will see there all the demos available. Choose your favorite. Then you will only have to change the images, texts and color by your own assets.
Take note that when you import the demo, this completely swipe your actual content by the demo’s one. It’s often the best way to get started.
Also, our theme is powered by Visual Composer WordPress plugin. VC is a premium plugin (worth $34) which we have included for free in our theme that allows you to build your layout using a drag and drop editor. So to add modules to your homepage, you simply add new module and drag and drop where you want them. It’s pretty easy but it requires a little learning curve. Perhaps you could use a plugin such as Insert Header and Footer. So you could add your script depending if you want it in the header or in your footer.. You will have to check with Facebook where exactly they needs the code.
