Hello! Im trying to find out where to translate the ”Property Features” title in the single listing page. Can you help me? I use Loco Translate in Contempo Real Estate Custom Posts pugin, but “Property Features” does not appear.

You currently have the incorrect real estate custom posts plugin installed/activated!
Make sure you have https://wordpress.org/plugins/contempo-real-estate-custom-posts/ which can also be got from Appearance > Install Plugins, which ever you have installed now please delete and go through Appearance > Install Plugins > Contempo Real Estate Custom Posts then you’ll be all set.

Make sure to sync your Spanish translation file with the POT, it looks like its missing strings.

Hello sir, Contacted you on chat form few weeks ago but didn’t get any satisfactory anwser. It’s about the abylity to search in the description of the real estate items with more than 1 search term (like “house pool” ). Currently only house or pool are returned, searching with the 2 terms return 0 results, even when all the items have those 2 terms in theyr content description or title. Thank you for letting me know how to fix this.
The current keyword search only works for title or listing description however I’m looking at developing it more so it’ll search on taxonomies and custom fields in a future update, main priority right now is finishing my memberships and packages plugin thanks for your patience.

Hi, trying to install on wordpress, i have installed on another of my wordpress sites with no problem, but this time i cannot get menu to come up correctly. it Shows menu on right side vertically going downwards. I have reinstalled wordpress on my site several times and reinstalled RE7 several times with no luck.

Make sure to go into Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations set all the Primary locations and you’ll be all set.

Issues been fixed it was just that the site didn’t have my Google Maps API added, make sure yours has one under Real Estate 7 Options > Google Maps

Hi, we added the search bar to the top of our home page http://homefindermallorca.com/ but its not working correctly, for example we search for apartments, and it shows all properties instead of just apartments. yet when we expand the search and use the search functions below it works fine, pls advise, thanks
Its just because you have the fields duplicated for “property type” you’ll need to disable it from the global under Real Estate 7 Options > Advanced Search or update your theme as I released an update with conditionals a little while back that will prevent that from happening.

Its simply because you still have “Price From” enabled under the Global options via Real Estate 7 Options > Advanced Search > disable that field under Global and you’ll be all set.
You must not have the most up to date version I released the conditionals update for the header advanced search back on 6/2 in v2.6.3 https://cl.ly/2a3L2h440u2b

If your child theme includes the header-advanced-search.php template then that’s definitely it as it’s using old code.

I need a theme where I can customise the URL for the search results for the different categories;
it would read /for-sale/123 Smith St/..... or /for-lease/123 Smith st…. or /leased/xxxx….
Also the search results pages would be independent search queries for each category (more ideal for SEO) as I can customise and optimise each page for the different search queries/categories.

- That’s possible with custom URL rewrites in order to get rid of /agent/ from the URL, WordPress by default uses the /author/ or in the case of my theme /agent/ can be changed to whatever you’d like then /firstname-lastname/ which can also be changed via the admin.
- The payments are off by default
- Yes, you can use the Brokerages feature for that
- Its 100% customizable via child theme as well as all the hooks I’ve built in
- Yes, with custom user roles this is achievable
- Yes, they can save any of their listing searches
- Yes, they’ll get an email notification when any listing added matches any of their saved search criteria
- That would require some customizations basically they would need to favortie the listing then a function would need to be built to watch the price custom field then a cron job setup to email the user that its been reduced.

How do I remove this entirely from the page? Also, I had emailed you a while back about the possibility of having just the following fields in the header search City, Status and Property type. You mentioned there may be a fee for this type of customization. What would the costs for this be? Thanks in advance.
