Hey guys!
Thank you for a great theme. I have a question:
1. Is there a way to hide/disable the candidates possibility to publish/unpublish their resumes? I can hide it with css
.candidate-dashboard-action-publish { display: none !important; }
but if I do there will be a space between the “edit” and “delete” buttons.
With best regards,
bb

Hi! A simple presales question.
Do you have a demo account so we can check the “backend”?
I’d like how the WP dashboard look using your theme, if you offer analytics, how can we edit the jobs, etc.
I’ve been looking for videos or photos showcasing the inners of the theme but I couldn’t find anything.
Hi there,
We do not have a demo account at this time. You can create an account to test our hosting platform, free for 7 days. Giving you access to the themes back-end and more: https://astoundify.com/hosted/
Hope this helps!

Hi there, Presale question. I am just wondering if I am able to set this theme up so that job seekers pay a fee to post their profile showing their job skills and possibly their resume? Thinking this may work with the Paid Listings addon but not too sure if it would work for this. Any suggestions?
Thanks Johnny
Sorry for a 2nd question but for the Jobify Extended demo (https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/extended/) can you tell me all the addons used for that demo? Just so I have an idea of all the extras I will need to get!
Thanks, Johnny
Hello, Johnny!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
1)Yes, when using both the Paid Listings add-on to sell Listing Package and the Resume Manager plugin you can charge a fee to post their profile!
2)You can see a list here: http://jobify.astoundify.com/article/734-what-paid-plugins-are-used-on-the-jobify-extended-demo
Hope this answers your questions!

Hi, My webpage ist mydigitaljobs.ch I have a big Problem with the Google Map & job Location! Why the clients can put they address in the front end? why it’s show all the time by the location anywhere? Can you pleas help me
Hello!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
Can you create a second API key that will need to go under Listings>Settings only? You can leave the existing key under Listings>Map Settings.
Just make sure when you create the key you set the “Key Restrictions” to “None”. Also make sure to enable the Geocoding, Geolocation and Javascript APIs. After, add the key under Listings>Settings only.
Any new listing will have their address showing. Existing Listings can be resaved for the address to appear again.
This should resolve the issue.

Whether my support is expired or not but your new update crashes my site with the result of a white screen. Cannot update. Lucky that I use updraft! Please solve this
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today,
What sort of error are you seeing when you try to update?
Can you try updating through FTP? Please remove all theme files through FTP and before you add the update.
Hope this helps!.

Does this theme support Staffing Software Integration? Such as Akken?
Hey there,
Hope you are doing well today!
Jobify currently has no integration or official support for Akken.

Hi,
I have some questions my smart friends, please help asap.
I would like to build a section with Jobify where employees can come add and upload their resumes. Then I would have employers come and they would have to pay to access our database of employees.
What plugin is need for this?
Hello there, Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
Jobify does not have a built in option in order to pay to access your Candidates content. You can look into integrating the WP Job Manager – Packages plugin in order to charge a fee for viewing Candidate content.
Hope this helps!

I have 2 months support left but am not being able to access it
It is saying it expired 4 days ago when I try to access support despite letting me know I have 2 months support left on the dashboard. My problem is that I am testing a subscriber login and the theme wont let me logout – 404 page not found. Please can you tell me how I can force a subscriber logout as I do not have full access to the backend with this type of login.
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today!
Have you tried to log in using your Envato account? Make sure you are logging in with the account that purchased the theme. You can also link the Envato Account to your existing account in order to link your license.
It may be the logout page was not setup correctly. You can follow this article How to Create a Logout Link, in order to create a working logout.
Hope this helps!

Is there any minimum server requirements to run this theme or import demo data?
Hey there!
Hope you are doing well today!
There really is no restriction. I would only recommend having PHP 5.6 and up for your WordPress environment. There is no restriction or issue in order to import the demo content. The only thing to note, if you have hundreds of jobs you have the more powerful the server would need to be.
Hope this helps!

Hello Astoundify support,
At https://astoundify.com/hosted/ you can select what kind of site you wish to create. When I selected Classified Ads, only Jobify showed (where I expected Listify).
Question: when I want to create a site like eBay, is Jobify the theme I should use?
I want to build a website for pet owners and pet seekers (pet marketplace) where the owners can post an ad, and the seekers can respond to the ads.
Also, I want to be able to charge owners for priviliges if they would like to make use of these priviliges (eg. posting their ad on Social Media etc.).
And I want to be able to charge seekers aswell.
What theme do you recommend? Plus: what add-ons that you sell?
Thanks for taking the time to answer my ticket. If I’m unclear, please let me know. I’ll do the best I can to explain myself further if necessary.
Kind regards, Robert.
Hello Robert, Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
First of all, thanks for bringing this up. Jobify is designed to be a Job Board theme not a Classified theme. We will need to look over this at this time.
In order to build more of a Classifieds website, I would rather recommend our Listify theme. Check it out instead!
Hope this helps!

How do we the user optimise the website for SEO with the page-widgetized?
It is very confusing there is no content visible on the page when you choose page-widgetized?
I do not see an explanation for this ?
I just found a big Safari bug in the Jobify Theme. On a single job page, e.g.: https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/extended/job/surround/ there is a white gap above the page header. Sometimes it disappears, but it will return after refreshing the page. As I mentioned before, it only happens in Safari.
Hello there!
Thanks for taking the time to report this.
I am unable to replicate this on my end. After trying this on Safari, I am unable to replicate. Are you logged in when this occurs?
We will keep an eye on this and resolve as needed.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hi this website has the functionality that I need, however I’m using it for a completely different industry. How easy will it be for me to change the “candidates” and “employers” titles to something else throughout the theme? Will I have to hire someone to do this? Thank you!
Hey there,
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
It may be possible to make small changes to the title for your users. It all depends on what you are trying to accomplish. The project’s requirements might require additional work to achieve.
Hope this answers your questions.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hi, thank you for good theme. How can I add link to the button? what should I change in this code: color-white button-size-medium”>Dowedz się wiecej
full code: color-white button-size-medium”>Dowedz się wiecej
already resolved.

1. Can i use this theme as an HR agency? I mean, with one user, post jobs for different companies and manage them in only 1 dashboard. Or does it require to sign up 1 user per company? 2. Would it be possible to integrate a “Apply with LinkedIn” option?
Hello, thanks for your questions today!
Question: 1. Can i use this theme as an HR agency?
Answer: Absolutely! The admin can create any job for any company from the back-end. All the jobs will be assigned to the admin account allowing them to manage all jobs.
Question: 2. Would it be possible to integrate a “Apply with LinkedIn” option?
Answer: Currently WP Job Manager does not offer an “Apply with LinkedIn” Option, unfortunately.
Hope this helps answers your questions!
Kind Regards, Fernando
Hi there. I understand reading through your comments that your theme does not have Visual Composer or support it.
However, if I choose to purchase on my own and install, will your theme allow me to build additional pages using it?
For example, I would like to build a Page which is the center for our all of our career articles/blog posts and I am not seeing any good options in your pages http://jobify.astoundify.com/category/368-pages section.
I look forward to your response because I really like this theme.
Hi developer, is there a response to this? We would like to move forward with your board?
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today.
As stated, Jobify does not offer support for Visual Composer. You can purchase them and use them should you really wish. We just do not provide support for this.
There is the default Blog article page used in our theme. Youcan also integrates the Recent Blogs widget to show recent blogs within any Widget Area.
Hope this answers your question.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hello Fernando,
Tell me, how easy would it be to make a site pretty much like this (but for a different industry) – what astoundify plugins would be required?
Many thanks.
I forgot the link: https://www.anyintern.com/
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today.
You can use the Resume Manager plugin to have your Jobify theme integrate a Candidates feature which can be used for Interns. You can see the capabilities the extension has by reviewing our Extended demo.
The design and features will be different based on the extension but you can create something similar using the Resume Manager plugin.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

I noticed that on my company page, the company is listed even when their job listing has expired. When I click on the company page I get a ‘page not found’ message. Is there anyway to only display companies with active job listings or have I configured something wrong?
Hello there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out.
We will need to review this issue and resolve this. This comes from the Company Profiles plugin at this time.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Sadly the latest update (3.7.2) still hasn’t fixed the location showing as “Anywhere” issue when used in conjunction with WPJM.
Hello there!
Should you still be experiencing issues with the Job Locations, please make sure you create a Second API key to go under Job Listings>Settings under the WordPress Dashboard. You can keep your existing API key within the customizer under Jobs>Map Settings.
When you create the new API key specifically for Listing>Settings make sure the “Key Restrictions” is set to “None”, and make sure to enable the “Geocoding”,”Geolocations” and JavaScript API. After adding the key under Jobs>Settings and it will add the listing addresses for any new Job.
You can resave existing Jobs and the address will appear on the front-end.
Hope this helps!
Fernando
I don’t think you understand. The location is not geocoded, and no API key is actually needed. When employers post jobs on our platform, they don’t write a location down, they simply select from a list of 8 possible locations, made possible by your plugin: https://astoundify.com/products/wp-job-manager-regions/. It is THESE that should be displaying on the front end, and are not. No API query is required since the system just needs to show the option they selected. Help?
I’ve logged the issue with our developer so the can investigate and fix in a future theme update.
Thanks Adam
I took a look at our theme and it is working, the job regions display and I can selection the possible locations from the drop-down list and then submit the job, these are pre-filled job locations not entered by the visitor.
See screenshot:

Submit the ticket here: https://astoundify.com/account/new-ticket/
Thanks Adam
Hi Adam,
This is the same with my setup, but the issue is that the selected Region does not display on the Front-End. It just says “Anywhere”.
Hi Edd,
Hope you are doing well today!
Did you see my previous comment about the API key. If you wish to have the location set adjust your API key.
If you wish to just show your Regions instead, make sure to have Jobify 3.7.2 and visit Customize>Jobs (and Resumes) ▸ Jobs. There clear the Address Format field. This will show the Job Region.
Hope this helps!
Fernando
“If you wish to just show your Regions instead, make sure to have Jobify 3.7.2 and visit Customize>Jobs (and Resumes) ▸ Jobs. There clear the Address Format field. This will show the Job Region.”
This seemed to fix it. Thanks so much for your perseverance! Ed
Happy to hear this helped! Sorry for the delay!
Presale question: Is it possible to organize jobs by country and have same categories across all countries?
Hello there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
Currently, WP Job Manager only sorts jobs by date. With the latest job posts at the top of the results. You would need to customize how they are sorted as it is not possible out of the box.
As for Categories, All categories can be used for all countries.
Hope this helps!
