Hi, the support page is down & I need to know two things:
1. How can I hide the “Find out Tour” row that appears above the slider revolution?
2. Can I make a booking system limited for the admins only?
My client needs to take off the commerce platform, the booking will be by phone but they need a booking system. Thats why I asked for a limited booking system for admins only to access.

1. Mikado Slider with filter is used https://www.screencast.com/t/ch3bhcya7 so element is holding slider and will load filter at the bottom. If you want to remove filter https://www.screencast.com/t/PmxumGR0ii remove element from previous screenshot and just add revolution slider to that column.
2. Such an option does not exist, so it will require changes in the code, and you can contact our support regarding that part and if there is some quick workaround they will help you, and if it will require too much custom work, you will need to hire someone to modify theme functionality.

Such an option doesn’t exist unfortunately and user can only chooses between element styles https://www.screencast.com/t/Yp1F4sK36 . If you need to change this, it is only possible with modifications of core theme files and function for accordion and if you are interested in that you can contact our support and they will explain to you where is that function located. That is normal. Bundled plugins are included with extended license which cannot be given to end users according to Envato rules. Does GoTravel support Free-custom Variable Price? Let’s say, when clients order a tour for 1 person, I will give them cost $100. But when they book for 2 persons, I give price $180. 3 persons would be $250, for example. There’s no formula, but free input for certain amount of people.

Logo size is determined by header height because of responsiveness so to increase it simply increase header height, but if you don’t want that, logo can also be increased with some css code for some header types, and our support can provide you with that code if possible. the revolution slider is NOT SHOWING UP
I am tired of using this theme, every second day there is an issue with the basics of this theme. My website Home page is totally changed and why becuase ur revolution slider is not working at alll.

Secondly, a basic functionality like a “readmore” link in Text block doesnot work at all. I insert the read more link the text box and still the complete text shows in the application.

Revolution slider is 3rd party plugins which we have integrated in our theme, and it is working flawlessly, so if it is not working on your installation, it may be due to some miss configuration or there is something else which is causing this. As a package-tour selling travel agency, I have some specific pre-purchase questions:
1- How do we take registration information for the package tours (we need different information from that of woocommerce’s, thus we have used ninja forms on some occasions).
2- How do we give reservations to the customer who has bought the tour (by filling in a template of hotel & flight information with the customer’s name surname birthdate etc)
3- Can we provide affiliate links to our representatives who want to promote our tours and get commission on them?

1) Our Booking form functions on its own and it is not integrated with WooCommerce. With our booking system as a payment option you you can choose either to use Paypal, or if PayPal has not been chosen the user can pay according to instructions which you can send by email, or even upon arrival on destination. 1- We have a 3d payment system integrated with woocommerce, can we not use it with your theme?
2- I actually wanted to ask if there is an automated system to send the reservations once the customer buys the tour, that is our default mail address sends a reservation attached as pdf file which contains some of the information the user entered before buying the tour? Even if this is not included in the theme, would you have any suggestions on how to integrate this on our website?

1) Our theme is compatible with WooCommerce, but we cannot confirm you about this 3rd since we didn’t test this. You are able to use WooCommerce since our theme is compatible with this plugin, but we
2) Customer will get email notification, once tour is booked, you could test this on your own on our demo site https://www.screencast.com/t/km6MS5Gh there is no feature for adding pdf, but you could reach your user via email from booking part in admin. This require some major modifications, so, unfortunately, we are not in position to help you with this part, but we could provide you some tip for any other minor customization.

css files and WooCommerce template files were changed, so if you have some modifications inside parent theme you can create full site backup before update, and after updating theme you can apply your modifications back again. When you are adding modification directly to parent theme it is important to keep track to all changes which you have applied.

Followed the steps for Import demo content however its says demo content imported whereas my application does NOT show the demo content at all.

I am also constantly receiving database connection error since the time I have activated the theme..this has not happened with previous themes…not sure whats happening feeling disappointed

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems. Since it is connection to database, probably your hosting package have some lower value for database connection timeout. You need to contact hosting support and to present them with the problem, and after checking error log they should be able to help you with this. Also, please provide WordPress and FTP admin access in your ticket, and provide all relevant info regarding the issue you are having and how to reproduce this on your installation.
