Hi, i’m trying the demo. i have some question:
1- the fields about tour settings (es: Duration Text, Departure Location) can be edited, and/or added new (editeing about text, and icons)
2- the name tour is h1, it’s possibile to add a subtitle to show under? (es: Africa – Amazing African Safari and under “a wonderful tour of africa”?
3- again about the title who appear on tour: under now it’s showed the reviewes, it’s possibile to hide?
4- the form setting (only enquiry form) it’s customizable? (not about field, es: a editable text under the cost, like: “from 100$” and above “supplement of 40$ per person”?

I think you comment on the wron theme. This is Tour package theme, I assumed that you’re mentioning to Travel Tour theme: https://themeforest.net/item/travel-tour-travel-tour-management-system-wordpress-theme/19423474
1. Yes, you to use localization to edit them. However, in upcoming update, you can disable the whole of this: http://take.ms/bBkvY and create your customer fields.
2. In the single tour post, we already use h1 for the title: http://take.ms/6GmWd however, we don’t use this in the tour list page because it’s not a good practice to use multiple h1 in the same page. But if you insist, we can guide you to change via the code
3. We can guide to hide that easily.
4. The fields are fixed. We don’t have option to put the text in that area.

Regarding point 2 I did not mean to create a subtitle like h1, but to do it as h2.
So confirm me that you could put the subtitle (es: https://monosnap.com/file/eGku0kCNS8Glw3lbLTrVXRk4NfqTeS here you can have it under a text in h2?)

sorry, you can’t do that. We don’t have a feature to add a subtitle under the main title.
In this case, you have to hire a coder to implement this directly.

Yes, that’s possible to remove the paypal.
BTW, the package preview style is fixed, you might need to modify some code in order to change that.
Layer slider still doesn’t work after installing the slider-data. Hi. Layslider before version 6.2 comes up as a problem on ManageWP. It reports that SQL injections are possible and need to update to 6.2. With other themes, I simply delete the plugin and reinstall it again and it gets the latest update. But that didn’t work with this one. How can I update it?

I have a few questions: We want to offer trips with different variable options: Example Ski-Trip to French Alps: -> choose between 4 different dates -> choose between Room Types (e.g 2 Bed, 4 Bed, ...) -> People (count adult, count kids) -> Ski-Equipment (for kids and for adult different prices) -> .. more attributes
So our question is if it is possible to setup custom attributes which we can include in our trips, also if we can copy them, because it would make much effort if we have to setup all attributes again for another trip to another destination

hm, it’s weird. As I see your purchased badge, your code should work fine. Can you please make sure that you select ‘Tour package’ theme from the list and also make sure that the code you filled, doesn’t contain any blank space. BTW, if still doesn’t work, try to sign in via Envato account instead, this method is better and easier: http://take.ms/34KLn (login with Themeforest account that purchased the theme ‘aglet’)

Thanks for the reply, I have tried both methods. Including selecting the theme from the dropdown and trying to verify with Envato (see screenshot – green button: https://ibb.co/cCS0iQ). That doesnt seem to work. When I add the purchase code I get an error stating “Sorry, that purchase code is for a different Envato product.” Please see screenshot: https://ibb.co/jAMXxk. 1. Make sure that you select ‘Tour package’ theme, not ‘Travel Tour’ theme. It’s different.
2. Oh sorry, we don’t have shortcode for both of that. It can be only called by our page builder.
Hi, I already purchased your themes, but it have a slow load issue :cry:
Please note that the most important part of site speed is mainly from web hosting ability. And it also depends on some more factors such as internet speed connections, location of access, speed of devices etc…
BTW, about the theme, we have been trying our best to minimize the code but you have to keep in mind that we can’t disable all un-used code as the theme has many features and it’s created for many people to use so each people use different feature but the theme still has more feature that there’re using. (it’s difficult to explain but hope you got the points). But after all, as I said, This take really(really) little effect on site speed. The main part is from hot provider ability.
As you can see on our demo site. We run full features on it and it’s still pretty good….
Just a tip, you may try using a plugin as caching plugin as well. It might help

Yes, you can switch the currency from USD to your local currency. However, you can only use one currency at a time. (And don’t forget to set up your local currency at your Paypal account as well.)

The purchase code for slider is not necessary. It’s used for auto updater. However, the slider that’s included in this theme is being used as ‘Extended license’, it’s considered as a bonus file which doesn’t support auto updater. If you need to use auto updater, you have to purchase slider’s regular license separately. But as I said, It’s not necessary, you can still use slider that come with the theme like its’ regular license and we still keep pushing slider’s update in future theme’s version as well

no error on error_log so far.
With the WP Debug, I get: “PHP Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/themes/tourpackage-v2-01/include/plugin/gdl-paypal.php on line 149”, which I guess is normal since admin-ajax.php can’t be reached.
Also tried to disable all plugins but unfortunately no luck.
Any ideas?

1. Yes, Woocommerce is working independently so in this case, you can’t use the payment provided from Woocommerce.
2. Sorry, we don’t have the discount system in this theme.
3. You can use the one that come with the theme which is Paypal. To integrated other payments, you may have to hire a coder to do this. It requires pretty much work.
However, if you need coupon system, we’d recommend our new Travel Tour theme, you can see it here: https://themeforest.net/item/travel-tour-travel-tour-management-system-wordpress-theme/19423474 (It has coupon system and comes with Paypal, Paymill, Stripe and Authorized.net but still doesn’t work with Woocommerce as our system is a custom system.)
