We purchased Charity Foundation -Charity Hub WP theme purchas e420accd-b63b-4824-9dea-8dd103dc6d2c – 29 Jun 2017 as code but this code is not being recognized nor is my user name and I cannot create an new account .. i go to register and it wont let me..it is not being recognized for me to sign in this and the other problem is that there is NO PDF file for the documentation for this theme. we only got just HTML screens and installed the theme but we want the documentation in the download please email us the PDF documentation for this theme and give me help on getting my account fixed please Connie Latam chair info@freedombeyondabuse.org

Hi, I am having issues with this theme. I just tried signing up for support, but i accidentally entered the wrong email – spelt gmail wrong – and now i cannot correct by changing email as the process just asks me for the verification code which i cannot get because i entered wrong email. Is there some way i can fix this so that i can register?

Why are all the titles and content in posts right aligned? And why are there no options to change this? Also the post layouts register no changes when i change them

Hi there! I really want to buy the theme but the layout is all weird on the sidebar view of the cause page. Whats going on with that? Is that fixed?
Also, are donations updated automatically or do we have to update it manually?
And what plugin do you use for the newsletter sign up? Mailchimp?

1 – the layout is all weird ? this is very strange, please can you send to our email info@cleanthemes.net a screenshot of this problem ?
2 – the theme uses the amazing “Donations” plugin which include a full donation system so it is all automatically.
3 – our demo have a simple cf7 form for newsletter but you can use any plugin to manage your newsletter, for example mailchimp.
