I saw all the demos, and they have daily deals countdown timer which offers limited time for discounts, my question is, does the feature embedded to the theme which is included to the price of the theme? or do I need to download another plugin just to make it run? There is no option for the megamenu., I created a new menu from menu builder option but how do I use this menu? There is no option in the appearance > menu screen to set this menu anywhere. Is this a bug?

I have purchased this theme. but having issues with plugins. -WPML Plugin not included. -Slider Revolution plugin can not be activated for premium sliders. -Visual Composer is also not activated.

About the WPML plugin, our theme only supports it. Also we bought the extended licenses for Revolution and VC plugins. You can update them by updating our themes. If you want to update directly from your site, you need to buy a single license from them. Thanks

Nope, you do not need to buy an extra plugin for the mega menu. It is availabe.
But its not showing me anywehre. Theme is already updated. I can use the default menus only. “Mega Builder” option is not visible on menu page.

their are many technical issues which were not letting our development team work on it. Theme is heavy they chose to use other theme instead. We are already working on a theme and your license is unused. Please refund the money at earliest. Sorry for the delay in reply i was out of country due to some personal problems. I was away that is the reason in delay in reply and it has nothing to do with not using your theme. I messaged way before that we want a refund.
Also we dont want any support from you to use the theme as it delays the work on our side. Our team cannot keep on waiting for you or your reply and sit and get paid. Also we have already selected another design and already working on it.
Your theme is not used and you can check that by licence no. Please lets just finish this at earliest. Issue a refund at earliest.

I imported all the demo data but revolution sliders didn’t show up. I think it requires to active revolution slider plugin by purchasing code. Where can i find this ? isnt that included the theme price ?
