Query, with buy only the theme may have a web similar to the one shown or I have to buy additional plugins to be able to have it, if so what are the ones I have to buy? Thanks for your attention.

No, there are no additional plugins you need to buy to get the same functionality and design as the one on demo site. All needed plugins are included with the theme.

Hi,
After doing a few updates on several pages, the theme customizer (Appearance – Customize) displays a blank white page. I’ve tried disabling all plugins, and still no resolve. If I change to another theme, the customizer works back again.
Tried wp_debug ON, but still no error message appears and the white page is still present.

The theme looks great, but how about page speed issues? I tried to scan it through Google Page Speed Insights and the scores are pretty low (10/100).
Is there anything we can do to speed it up if we buy it?

There is a number of things and the majority of them is out of “theme” territory per se.
You can use caching plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/ to minify static resources and speed up content delivery. You can optimize the images – ours are not optimized since the focus of the demo is on the presentation and visual aspect of the (it needs to look good to sell), but once you replace them with your specific ones – this is the place for improvement. You can use CDN to additionally speed up the delivery.

Also : is it possible to use the Location page (http://craft-beer.bold-themes.com/main-demo/about-us/location/) as retailer page ? Is there any limitation ?

The theme uses our Bold Page Builder – https://wordpress.org/plugins/bold-page-builder/. Its concept is similar to backend mode of Visual Composer.
Please keep in mind that visual Composer is not supported.
Related to the Location page – we do not know what are the requirements you have in mind, but you can place as many locations as you wish on the map. The layout can be extended with other page elements you can see throughout of the demo.
The locations are not custom post type, so you can not have the search – they are added to the map using Page Builder.
