Hi again,
In order to make your website Multilingual, we recommend using Polylang. You can read more on this here: http://listify.astoundify.com/article/826-use-polylang-to-create-a-multilingual-website

How do I locate the pre designed template pages?
Hi there,
You can add your page templates when editing your pages. Go to edit an existing page. On the page editing screen, scroll down to ‘Page Attributes’ section, and you will find a template drop down menu. Clicking on it will allow you to select the template you wish to use.
If you need answers to questions regarding Jobify, please contact support!

Last pre sale question, would it be possible to use a shortcode to list all positions available at a certain company? Without using your “company profile” page.
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today!
Currently, you can return various results based on the attributes passed to the [jobs] shortcode. You can see all available references here: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/shortcode-reference/
Unfortunately, there is no shortcode, or attribute to return a position based on a certain company at this time.
Hope this helps!

Hi guys, I’ve come to do a big update after a couple of years & I’ve generated the Google Maps API, set the http referrer, enabled the maps JS & the geo APIs.. the map shows so the API is good but non of my existing jobs listings show on the map & when adding a new job it doesn’t generate the geo info in the custom fields. Followed this but nothing: http://jobify.astoundify.com/article/617-why-cant-i-see-my-listings-on-the-map – is there anything else I’m missing?
Up on further inspection, any draft listings with old geo data – when published again show on the map. It appears that any recently added listings do not create the geo-location custom fields. Both full addresses & cities have been entered to the location field.
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today!
You will need to set the Api Key Restrictions to “None”. This will resolve the issue you are currently experiencing.
Hope this helps!
Thanks, I had tried that but it didn’t work to start with; I left it over night & tried this morning & works! Thanks!
Glad to hear it works now!
Hello, all that I saw in the demo version will be with me if I buy a theme? Or there it is necessary to buy plugins separately. I’m wondering if users will be able to publish a resume or if they need to buy a plugin? Thank you
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well today!
The theme will work without the use of any Premium plugins. Only if you wish to add additional features you can use premium plugins. Like publishing a Candidate Resume Page, like in our Extended Demo. This requires the Resume Manager plugin.
Hope this helps!

Hi there, I am using Jobify and Listify and basically I want users to be able to navigate between the 2 sites. I was wondering if there is a top menu option that runs above the current main menu that I could run on both sites so that there would be a common menu on both. Nothing to complex just a menu that would sit above the current main menu here: https://cl.ly/3B2s471v0p1E and I would put a link or 2 on it to link to my listify site then also and vice versa. Is this possible – I would like to keep the 2 sites looking similar you see. Thanks for your time.
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately, this sort of feature is not possible. You would need to add a Top menu option yourself by customizing the templates. The only option that can be added is an ordinary custom menu item within the Primary menu to link to the other website.
Hope this helps.

Hi Do you have indeed.com and simplejobs.com job importer plugin addon working in this theme. Or do you have any other plugin to import job data from Indeed or similar job sites? Anurag
Hello Anurag,
Hope you are doing well today.
There is an official Indeed Extension by WP Job Manager you can integrate with Jobify. There is no Simple Jobs extension, unfortunately.
Hope this helps!

I need assistance with importing content within an internal site, I am unable to submit a ticket due to my team’s content manager having purchased the license. I was in contact getting assistance, but I have not received a response or reply in sometime. Is there any possibility of phone support as I am also unable to share my credentials as this is for an internal site that is behind a vpn.
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today.
When it comes to importing Jobs you can import content using CSV or XML file using the WP All Import plugin. See here.
If you need support, you can contact me through email, I just ask you provide me with a valid license and I can assist.

Fernando
Hey there, I am using the jobify theme with resume manager and field editor plugin. I am trying to use a custom sized image for resumes (for the persons photo). I am pulling the image with a jobify function somehow when I add the resume on backend everything is fine, the image upload goes to the media library and it pulls the right sized image like so (.../wp-content/uploads/2017/08/profilepic-300×300.jpg). However, if the resume is submitted from front-end, the image that is pulled from a different folder and its full size (.../wp-content/uploads/job-manager-uploads/candidate_photo/2017/08/profilepic.jpg).
So how do I make sure the upload field doesn’t go to a different folder and do run on media library so that I have the right sized image?
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out.
This is currently the way the WP Job Manager plugin uploads images when done from the front-end. We can also take a look and see if there is anything that can be done at theme level, but it is more of a plugin process.
If you needfurther assistance with Jobify, please contact support!

going to purchage but want to know can i monetize with google adsens ?
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today!
Yes, you can! You can integrate an Ad plugin with Jobify and add ads within the Widget areas!
Kind Regards,
Fernando
It would be great to have the possibility to load a video for the widget “Search Hero” instead of a picture.
Hi there,
Thanks for your suggestion. I know this is something that has been brought up a few times. We hope to be able to integrate this at a later date!

Fernando
Hello! I have built two websites using the Jobify theme, both for UK based businesses but the address/location features seem to be americanised and confusing Norfolk UK with Norfolk in the states.
Is there a fix for this as it’s resulting in a lot of confused users.
Thank you, Adam
Hi there Adam,
When creating a Job it is always better to have a more specific location for your jobs. If you are entering only Norfolk, Googles API will place it on the place it thinks your mean which in this case is Norfolk USA. Adding UK to the Location helps Googles API determine the where exactly the Job is located.

Would it be possible to have custom Company pages, and show available positions with a shortcode? I mean this page but having some images, text and video, and then the available positions.
Hello there,
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately, the Companies plugin and WP Job Manager does not offer that sort of feature at this time. I would need to be built at this time. The Companies page is just a way to list the Jobs a particular company has.
Hope this answers your question.
Fernando
Is the builder flexible enough to create new inner pages? Does it come with a visual drag & drop builder?
Hi again,
Our Jobify theme comes with a number of widgets you can use to customize your pages. You can see what widgets are included here.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
So there’s no possibility to have a 2, 3, or 4 column layout with custom content, icons, etc.? There’s some “institutional” pages i have to add, which can’t be in pure HTML as the client needs to be able to create new ones.
Not using our widgets, you can use other solutions if you wish, but our theme does not provide this, unfortunately.

Bug to report: We purchased 2.0.9 a while ago and upgraded to 3.7.2 recently. The Header we had was set dark with white text links (just like on the demo) and it was fine. The background was dark with white links and when you shrunk the browser’s width, the hamburger menu was still dark background with white links. Now with 3.7.2 we again set the header background to dark with white links but now when you shrink the browsers width (to less than 1200px), the hamburger menu takes the color that was set for the page links (which is set for dark links on a white background). So now our hamburger menu has a dark background with dark links and is NOT honoring the white color chosen in the custom colors chosen, but does honor it when the browser is wider than 1200px (as seen in the resulting page html in the jobify-parent-inline-css section – @media screen and (min-width: 1200px)). Your demo at https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/extended/ has the exact same display bug. The Header navigation text color chosen needs to extend to the hamburger menu as well
For anyone else having this problem, I have slapped some duct tape and chewing gum on it as a temporary fix until they get it fixed.
Add this to the additional css section. Edit the color if you use something other than white.
.nav-menu—primary ul li a, .nav-menu—primary li a, .nav-menu—primary ul li a:hover, .nav-menu—primary li a:hover, .primary-menu-toggle, .primary-menu-toggle:hover, .searchform—header__submit, .searchform—header__input {color:#ffffff;}
Also had to fix the open/close hover for the hamburger and close toggle with extra line of ”.primary-menu-toggle:hover”
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out and thanks for providing others with this workaround!
We will look over the color settings and see where the issue lies and try to fix for a future update. We appreciate your time for letting us know!
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hello, the theme has been working great for almost a year. Recently, the [jobs] stopped working. When I post new jobs its shows up everywhere but in the job search. Major issue please let me know if you have any immediate fixes.
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today.
There currently is no known issue with the Results page. All jobs should automatically show up. I would check to make sure all plugins are up to date. Also, review your Job Listings Page Settings to make sure your pages are assigned.
This should guarantee everything is setup properly.
If you need further assistance or have any further technical questions regarding Jobify, please contact us through our support page! We will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.

We are using the most recent versions of Jobify and WP Job Manager on our job site.
According to the Google Structured Data Testing Tool, the job listings each have 4-5 errors, including the “name” field value for Organization and the “jobLocation” field value. I also tested one of the jobs on the Jobify demo site, and it also had 5 errors.
Is this an issue with Jobify or WP Job Manager? If this is an issue with Jobify, will this be corrected with the next update?
Thanks so much!
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reporting this to us.
We will keep an eye out on this and resolve any necessary issues for a further theme release!
Thanks once again for letting us know!
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hi Fernando,
WP Job Manager has been updated to address this issue of Google Structured Data, so that jobs can show up in the Google Job Search results that Google released this past summer.
However, using the Google Structured Data Testing Tool on my site, Google is picking up 2 JobPosting Items on each job listing page – one with 2 errors and one with no errors. It seems that the one with 2 errors is still from Jobify and the one with no errors is from WP Job Manager.
Is there a temporary fix to use to get rid of the JobPosting item with errors from Jobify, so that Google Search can use the structured data and display the jobs in the Google Job Search results?
If not, then when can we expect the next update to address this issue?
Thank you so much for your attention to this so that posts on Jobify sites can show up in Google Job Search results!!!
