Can you attach images to tickets? If so how big can the attachments be?

hi thanks for your answer. I ‘ve noticed that your theme version is for 4.7.x wordpress., I need to get working this template that my client choose for version 4.8 the latest version of wordpress. I dont know if is this posible. I’m trying to setup the theme as a support forum. When I select Import Sample Data, the message is kinda confusing.

The first message says: No existing posts, pages, categories, images, custom post types or any other data will be deleted or modified.

The second message says: All your old data will lost if you use this function.

So, where is the logic here? If I will use this function will it override all my existed forums and topics?

2. The bar under bg title on page not RTL: http://prntscr.com/fiejwz And I try to change ” video ” to the arabic word and still show Video or Knowledge Base on.

Is there any way to filter out tickets? Like closed ticket, answered ticket etc. It’s hard to find which one’s I haven’t replied yet. Any way to integrate this? Thanks!

When I open support, I dunno which tickets I answered already. That filter option is wanted. Like themeforest’s open refund or closed refund.

I have A LOT of issues with your theme. The most important being that users registering have to enter an Envato Purchase Code before registering.

I’ve seen you tell previous commenters to disable it.

I’ve looked everywhere in the theme options and in the WordPress options, but I do not see anywhere to disable it.

Can you tell me SPECIFICALLY where I can find this supposedly existing option?

I honestly don’t see how forcing users of a website to enter the Envato purchase code is a “feature”.

I understand having that in the backend for the admin.

But an everyday user trying to use the support desk? A pointless “feature” that should be removed in future versions of this theme.

hi, just checked the latest audition to home search panel. really like it. but im concern what in case with 20+ reach results? in a knowledge base and forum, this can be the case easily.

This feature we will update soon, for the search form we will limit number of result is 5 and “show more” button. when user click on “show more” it will redirect to list all result page.

though i had some more suggestions to improve the template, but im gonna purchase it now and hope ull push an update with those before i publish my site.

you have lovely taste of design which i really like. just give periodical updates with important stuff and im sure you will have more then 1k sales at least with this theme. Trust me, this theme got a huge potential.

Hi, sorry to bug you again but i have been following your theme for update with my required feature.

on your last update log you mentioned “Improve Login/Register modal (don’t redirect to other page )” but from demo i can see login/register still redirect to original WordPress login/register page.

the search option in knowladgebase is not showing search result as forum search. i meant ajax live search. is this a bug or it’s how it is.

can you at lease put limit on articles with load more under category in knowladgebase home? thats not too much to work on but its very important and i might buy the theme as it is then.

but its actually useless unless you limit max article number in knowledge page. the main purpose of giving view more is if you have like 20 articles under one category the knowledge base main page design wont messed up.

Also which ticket system / chat system can be used with this template / do you suggest ?
