Bought the theme and it looks beautiful. I have some problems though. When I install it I get some of the demo content, but can’t change the page template, which I need.

My hosting has a max execution time of 120, and they suggested I talk to you for instructions for manual installation, so I can then bring it back to them and they help me install it. Let me know if you can do that for me.

Can somebody help me out? I purchased the Grand Portfolio theme and installed in on my website (http://www.rafaelbergman.nl). I set it all up the right way, but for some reason my pictures won’t show on my website. And the strange thing is: you are able to scroll down to the bottom of the page, where the photo’s are supposed to end.. But still the images won’t show them selves.

So the problem is: the photo’s are there, but they won’t show themselves. Can somebody help me? Thanks a lot!

Hello, I bought Grand Portfolio theme today because I really liked it. Unfortunately the installation didn’t work. I tried to install the installable WordPress file through my WordPress dashboard multiple times with no result. Each time I’m getting a message: “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.” I double checked that I’m installing “the installable WordPress file” and placed a ticked on themegoods.com but didn’t get any help for a few hours. Could anyone give me any idea on what should be done to get my theme added to the Dashboard?

Hi, I’m contacting you because I bought the GrandPortfolio theme and I removed all the plugins because I saw the main slider in gray on the home page and it still gives me error, it says there is a java script error with several Computers I’ve tried, I’d like you to help me. Hi! I would like to buy your theme (DEMO6), but one question before I buy. I would like to use this theme to make redirections to other sub-domains. I will use for my pharma events. This means: - The landing page with have just pictures and buttons as it is right now but right now it has 1 button saying “View gallery” Is it possible to add more buttons ? I would like to add per example: “Biosimilars & Biologics” “Biobanking” etc. When people clicks it will redirect to other sub-domains. I’m stuglling to find a theme for my needs and this one seems the most near what I want.

Hello, we noticed there is no demo homepage template (compared to GrandPhotography and Photography where we can see 5-10 different “Home1”, “Home2”, “Home3” templates etc).

Are there any limitations in this template with regards to the design of the default home page, or what the default “home” page can hold?

​Hello, We buyed this GrandPortfolio and intalled it, everything was perfect. And suddently, when we came back of vacantion, we noticed that the site as changed a lot…..

1- The page display became horrible 2- All pages disapeared and are now posts 3- The content builder plugin is completly disapeared…. no drag and drop at all

I haved dowload and installed the last version of your theme, but it did nothing.

I tryed to post a ticket on your support…. but it telling me that the support is expired and I have to buy a new license…... We buyed it in august 2016…. expired… serious???

hi, I think about buying your theme but need to know a few things 1. I’m interested in the Portfolio Version “Demo3” Portfolio, is the Demo of it in it too? 2. Is there an easy way to show the portfolio images randomly, instead of sorted by date? 3. Is it possible to show the columns full width? I need the images a bit bigger but I like those three columns. here is my pre-buy-question:

1 – I am trying to understand the logic of the protfolios. I suppose I can have different portfolios (elements?/pages?) at the same time, right? how can I build them in GPF? e.g. can I build different PF-layouts for different PF-categories? somewhere you say, one can combine different PF-layouts in same page – is there a way (documentation?) to see that?

2 – I am a huge fans of showing titles at all times not only on hover. can I control the title behavior for PFs somewhere in GPF?
