I have a issue with the theme, on google chrome my menu bar go off, what happen its the last word on the menu go down to the first word from the menu bar with like 50px between but this is just happen in Google Chrome browsers, any idea how i can fix it? also its normal that the parallax dont work in mozilla firefox ? thank you guys

Widget contain shortcode which cannot be edited to allow additional attributes, so to have number callable, then you need to remove that code and to add plain HTML like this for example:

Download new version from Theme Forest, extract wellspring.zip file and upload its content over FTP inside wp-content / themes / wellspring. After that uninstall Visual Composer plugin and install and activate new one from info box which will appear at the top in order to install latest included version.

On the other hand, I want to set up the search option in medium-small devices but it doesn’t appear. You need to create Instagram feed on some testing page, and then from text editing mode, copy raw shortcode for this element, and paste it inside footer widget area Custom HTML element.

You can change First Main Color inside Mikado Options > General https://www.screencast.com/t/kCgbeKPI9P. It will affect elements such as links, buttons, some titles etc. It will also bypass elements that have their own styling set like Visual Composer elements or buttons of some third party plugins like Contact Form 7 buttons.

cannot import theme dummy data on local host.

You need to increase PHP directives in XAMPP – php.ini file as you would do on live server, and to set values as explained in this article https://mikado.ticksy.com/article/10511/ .
Support and our team is working on local installations all the time, and they are importing demo content when needed, and I also have demo installed for this theme for testing purposes, so import functionality is working without the doubt, and you just need to increase PHP directives.

The problem I am facing is that the site is extremely slow to load. I cannot make any edits as they dont get saved. Is this theme optimized for acceptable page speeds? Can you please check the same at your end.

Google often do not offer direct solution for speed improvements so it is better to use GTmetrix tool in order to test website https://gtmetrix.com/reports/theseventhsense.in/id1AGadK . As you can see, most points are server related, and from your side, you can optimize images a bit and to use some caching plugin. Also, if you check waterfall tab you will see that server starts to render site after 4 seconds, so it seems that hosting plan is slower. When it comes to sidebar, this is a part of events template and it is unified so there is no option to manipulate it. You can remove sidebar from theme files code, and template is named event-template.php To know more about that problem, please write about the problem in your support system. Since Ticksy system experiences temporary issue, you can write on this email address support{@}mikado-themes.com if the problem is urgent.

The event from the first link doesn’t have sidebar too. This is one main holder and this is layout that can’t be changed from theme options https://www.screencast.com/t/qzncwZzAH It only has map enabled so it looks like sidebar.
The easiest way is to add contact form shortcode to the text editor inside text tab. Shortcode for forms could be found here https://www.screencast.com/t/pJ4iHFqPV But the forms are not able to recognize event itself so you do not know which event user applied to, the only way would be to create separate form for each event.
If you’re using timetable shortcode, make sure you’ve set event hours in order for your events to appear in the list.
For further help, please provide writ to our email we’ve mentioned earlier and provide access so we can inspect stuff further.

Portfolio pages do not accept side bar unfortunately, and to be able to use sidebar you need to switch portfolio to custom type and to built its content with Visual Composer elements.
