I have just bought the theme and as I am uploading the main theme.zip file, after it gets uploaded, wordpress ends up with an error message of “Are you sure you want to do this?” .
What’s the issue here, i have already increased the maximum upload size to the sufficient amount.
And somehow when I directly uploaded the theme zip in wpcontent/themes/ folder and activated it, my whole site went down and now its not even opening.
Whats wrong with the theme ?

The theme has now been installed
In my case the problem was the theme was taking very long to upload when I was uploading it directly through appearance as it was exceeding the max_execution_time
So I uploaded the zip file of theme through file manager in the themes folder and unzipped it there after which I activated it.
now do I need to activate Visual Composer & Slider Revolution plugin as they are asking for it.
And i tried activating the Slider Revolution with the purchase code shared in the licensing files which was rejected by the plugin.
And how do I change the theme layout to SuperMarket 2 ?

2. It is the TS Feature shortcode https://prnt.sc/g9f58r. You can add it to a draft page. Then, you switch to WordPress editor and select the Text mode https://prnt.sc/g9f679. You copy the code and paste it into Theme Options > Product Details tab > Ads Banner Content field.
3. You can use the Loco Translate plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ to translate the theme and plugins. Please read its description to know how to use it.
4. The first price is the price of variable product. The second price is the price of variation. If all prices are the same and you want to remove the second price, you can add the css code below

the code you sent me isn’t working, its still showing me the price twice. I past it under theme option > custom code > Custom CSS Code

You go to Theme Options > Color Scheme tab and change the following options:
- Vertical Menu Title Background Color: used for vertical menu heading
- Bottom Header Background Color: change background color of bottom header (include cart)
- Secondary Color: used for background color of product tabs.

WordPress does not have the install.php file in the root folder. It only has the install.php file in the wp-admin folder which is used for installing the site at the beginning. So it should go to http://www.technostrike.com.ua/wp-admin/install.php, not http://www.technostrike.com.ua/install.php. I have just gone to your site. Some wordpress files are missing. How did you install WordPress? Please check it again. 1) I find that the homepage is actually creating a static page and adding the codes to it based on your documentation. As i do not have background in IT, I’m not sure how easy is it to customise the images and change the links when someone clicks on the images.Can you further elaborate on how this can be done for a non tech person like me.
2) And what is the difference of this theme with Gon | Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme since both are built by the same team and i think the theme there seems to focus more on multivendors.

1. Visual Composer also works based on code. Its layout is generated from code. When you switch to Visual Composer, you will see layout as my screenshot https://prnt.sc/g7wh0a. It is easy to add images, link and other things.
2. Each theme has its own feature and design. Someone like Gon. Someone like BoxShop. So you should choose the theme which fit for your needs.
3. Yes, this theme also has countdown.

5. We don’t provide product brand, you need to install a third part plugin. You can find it on https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or https://codecanyon.net/. Please read plugin’s description or contact plugin author for more information. About “new or used”, you can add your products to categories and filter based on categories.

Hi, last two question before i buy the theme,
1) Will the product filter function be different on different page? Example: - http://www.onlinegolf.co.uk/golf-clothing-shoes/polo-shirts - http://www.onlinegolf.co.uk/clearance/clubs
As it is a totally different types of product, so things like colour is not supposed to be there when people looking for golf clubs. Is this automatic for the filter function in your theme?
2) As for gender, size, left hand, right hand, brand, used,new and colour filter. How to produce so many different types of filter? Can you enlighten me?

Hi, I purchased BoxShop with code 233425a1-55a6-4203-XXXX-1210cbcd4009. During the localhost WAMP development everything works fine. But when I migrate the site to actual Bitnami environment provided by client the Theme Option cannot save changes and it pop up a semi-transparent [X ERROR] box. The templates which I mentioned are the PHP files. You might misunderstand. You can use it without modifying template. You only modify template when you need to customize its layouts. In that case, you can install our included child theme, copy dokan template to child theme and customize it. The custom code which I mentioned is css and php code. You don’t need to care about it. Unfortunately we don’t install Dokan for our demo now.

Yes, our theme includes the Visual Composer plugin package. The current theme version includes Visual Composer 5.2. To update Visual Composer, after updating the theme, you delete your current Visual Composer in the Plugins page. Then, you go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install it again.
