Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. My apologies for not responding earlier as we are closed during weekends. Can you please tell me what you are referring to as “detailed menu” ? Regarding customisations, please note that some of them can be achieved through theme options, some of them via Visual Composer, some of them view custom CSS and some via custom PHP depending upon the level of customisation required.

It is incorrect to say the theme is different from the demo. Our theme will create a website like our demo with dummy images. If you can please tell us what is the demo you intend to use, we can install it for you.

I’m building the site through the admin panel using the theme settings that are in the admin panel. And also I use PHP and CSS doing coding where there are no settings in this topic. Visual Composer I do not use, because it works with errors, and also if it starts, it visually breaks sections into pages and does not displays for editing some sections of the page and of the site.

The problem is that Visual Composer does not cover all areas of the site and sections of the site. Because there are some glitches in it. Please reinstall Visual Composer so that I go to our site and could see everything just like in your demo version, everything is accurate and with oreginal pictures as in the demo version.

I sent you data to enter the admin panel and ftp hosting. If you can not do this, then please return the money and we will buy another good theme.

You should deactivate and delete the Visual Composer plugin and install it fresh from Appearance > Install Plugin.

Once dummy data is installed, you will have a website similar to this : http://dummy.transvelo.com/bethlehem/

It will have the demos but without the images. Hope this clarifies. Let us know if you have any other questions related to the theme.

2. Sermons are provided via “Bethlehem Extensions” plugin which works independent of the theme. You can switch themes and still use “Sermons”.

3. Sermons is a custom post type which means its very much similar to adding a new blog post but with additional few fields.

4. Yes, it is possible to add a download sermon link with a mp3 file.
