I sent my purchase code to the email address “support@theme-fusion.com”. Please try to solve this problem. This issue has been very frustating to me. I bought this theme thinking that I was buying the best theme with a premium support and I cannot even activate de template trying on two different devices and Operating System like mac OS El Capitan and windows 10. I need to work on this theme.

On your support center link “https://theme-fusion.com/support/”. Submit button does not work when I try to sign up and entering my purchased code nothing happens. I need to activate the token that I got. How can I do this and start using the template?

Hello, I bought your theme on themeforest but I can´t use it because It’s imposible to complete the step 6; Step 6 – Copy and save your Personal Token to a safe place and log into your website’s Avada > Product Registration tab and paste your Personal Token into the provided field. Click the ‘Submit’ button to verify.” I tried to sign up entering the item Purchase Code but when I click the submit button, nothing happens, therefore I cannot register the token. I don’t know what to do because for you to give me support I must be registered, but I cannot do that because the button does not work.

Dear Sir … i’m trying to make the header to be transparent …. i have changed the Background Opacity to 0 from theme options and also from the page but the header is still with background white ….please advise….NOTE that : i am working in local using xampp

i added a background image(in top ..first container) is this might cause the problem because in other pages (without background image in top) the header is transparent

We have our own Grid system for portfolio and posts, however essential grid is not officially tested by our theme so we will suggest you in getting touch with the plugin author about this first.

Hi there! If I remove the google analytics tracking code from Avada them options will it also remove it from the specific files in wordpress. I’m trying to use google tag manager instead and I don’t want to have duplicate tracking. Thank you!!

I am not sure which specific file you mean here, the google analytics does not put any file into the theme and the code perform on its own, once you remove it you are good to go and do not need to remove any other file from theme, you can also use multiple codes in our theme code fields, if you need to get further assistance on this please open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you with queries.

Hello! I have been working on the Avada themed website for a client. One weird problem seems to be that the top header bar text is different in the french version (see: https://www.ecommerceresult.com/fr/) then all the other languages. What we can confirm is hat this is not a reported issues due to updates, something else is at play. Make sure that your WordPress install is also updated to the very latest version and check by deactivating your 3rd party plugins, one by one

This theme is extremely slow! Please google performance troubles before buying this one. Looks like no solutions available.

The license of avada works on WP multisite ?

Yes it does, however you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

If you are seeing bugs, please report them throughout our ticket system so our developers can check them out, we’re on 5.2.2 and are not experiencing them unless there is a patch released.

Hi there, I have several people on this theme and never had an issue until now about getting this customers website HTTPS. I am having difficulties with this – http://avada.theme-fusion.com/classic-shop/wp-content/uploads/sites/48/2015/12/slide_rev_bg_3.jpg as it is coming back making the page insecure. I have tried updating links, database and it just will not go away. I also updated the BG in the slider and it still shows… Getting very confusing and tiresome.

This looks like its coming from one of the Revolution Slider you imported actually, so in order to fix this issue you have to find the slider and remove this layer from it, however if you are not able to figure it out please simply open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you.
