Hey there!

This is Fernando from Astoundify’s Customer support and I hope you are doing well today! Sorry for the delay.

Out of the box, there is no official support for this, but should be possible using the following plugin HTML Widget Titles.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

I have pre-sale question about multisite compatible.

So, my business is job agency site where business-owners payed for publish vacancies (site #1 business owners ) for workers. And I ‘ll plane site#2 for workers.

For example, if business-owner will publish vacancy on site#1. Is this vacancies will be visible on site#2 for workers?

If answer is NO by-default, please ask your amazing jobify theme can help with it or how it possible?

Thank you

Hello There…

I have purchased the jobify theme. But I can’t see page: testimonials widget.

Hi there,

There are two ways to add Testimonials.

1)Simply adding the Testimonials widget on any widget area. 2)Create a page dedicated to displaying Testimonials as mentioned here.

Just make sure to have the Testimonials by WooThemes plugin to be installed and activated.

Hope this helps!

Hi, how can I translate the alphabet of companies? Thanks)

Sorry, there is no alphabet in translation.I’m talking about this: https://ibb.co/hqVzbk

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay.

Unfortunately, at this moment it is not possible without custom modifications. We can look over this, but currently, there is no built in setting to translate the individual letters.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Fernando

Hello,

Are there any plans to correct the JobPosting structured data errors caused by Jobify?

If so, when?

As of now, when using Jobify and WP Job Manager, both seem to be creating a JobPosting item. The one from WP Job Manager does not have errors but the one from Jobify does.

I have enjoyed using the Jobify theme over the past 2.5 years and would prefer to keep using it.

However, I would also like our job posts to be included in Google Job Search results, so I need to know if it is time for me to switch job board themes.

Thank you for your help.

I see 11 warnings but most need to be fixed in WP Job Manager.

“Warnings” are not errors/problems. Structured data is provided by WPJM now so would need to be added there.

Cheers!

Your demo online has registration options as “employer” and “candidate”. I uploaded the demo to my site, it has “employer” and “customer”. How do I get the “candidate” option? Thank you.

Thank you. With this plugin, does the dashboard change as well when it’s a Candidate vs say a “Subscriber”?

Apologies, does the pop up module to “Sign Up” have an option to add a reCAPTCHA?

Hi again,

Sorry for the delay in my response.

Question: With this plugin, does the dashboard change as well when it’s a Candidate vs say a “Subscriber”?

Answer: The Subscriber or Account Dashboard is still available for candidates. Although with the Resume plugin, candidates will have a second dashboard where they can manage their resume.

Question:Apologies, does the pop up module to “Sign Up” have an option to add a reCAPTCHA?

Answer: Yes, you can integrate the following plugin in order to add reCaptcha: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/no-captcha-recaptcha-for-woocommerce/

Hope this helps!

Question: Also can this be used by a company to post jobs only about their compa

Answer: Yes, you can use this as an internal job board system for your company. Allowing your company to post jobs and candidates to simply apply for the jobs.

Hope this answers your questions!

Hi, I have a few pre-sale questions:

1) Is it possible to add an extra step for sign-up? A new page for users to sign a form (Gravity Forms)?

2) Can I add extra listing attributes? Like price/salary, job sector, time frame, and have all that included in the search filtering as well?

3) I saw the Paid Listings add-on: is that for packages only? Do I need that to charge a standard fee for users to post?

4) Does the private messages add-on work with Jobify theme? It would be great if your add-ons website stated which of your themes they’re compatible with.

5) Can I choose how long a listing can stay up for (active) before it expires?

6) Could I add a 3rd user type similar to an Employer? that offers a modified listing (like an event). I imagine this is all controlled by WP Job Manager? So I’d have Job Seekers/basic users, Employers/Companies (post jobs), Event Manager #3 (posts events which would be a similar post type to Jobs but different content and categories and be separate from jobs with its own search?).

3 continued:

We would just need to charge a base fee to post a job (e.g. $10), and if possible, charge a % for certain jobs. I don’t need packages, so which of these plugins would be best for a base fee only?

1 – https://astoundify.com/products/wp-job-manager-listing-payments/ 2 – https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/simple-paid-listings/

Hello ,

Thank you for your interest in our theme and thanks for reaching out!

Question: 1) Is it possible to add an extra step for sign-up? A new page for users to sign a form (Gravity Forms)?

Answer: Our demos do not demonstrate this, but you can use Gravity Forms to create your own Custom sign up solution.

Question: 2) Can I add extra listing attributes? Like price/salary, job sector, time frame, and have all that included in the search filtering as well?

Answer: Yes, you will be able to with either of the following solutions. Using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin or using custom code to add additional fields.

Question: 3) I saw the Paid Listings add-on: is that for packages only? Do I need that to charge a standard fee for users to post?

Answer: Using the Paid Listings plugin you can create Packages in order to charge a fee for submitting jobs.

Question: 4) Does the private messages add-on work with the Jobify theme? It would be great if your add-ons website stated which of your themes they’re compatible with.

Answer: The private Messages plugin will work on any theme including Jobify. You can see a list of Currently Compatible plugins here:

Question: 5) Can I choose how long a listing can stay up for (active) before it expires?

Answer: Yes, you will be able to set the Listing duration within the default settings or a different duration depending on each package.

Question: 6) Could I add a 3rd user type similar to an Employer? that offers a modified listing (like an event). I imagine this is all controlled by WP Job Manager? So I’d have Job Seekers/basic users, Employers/Companies (post jobs), Event Manager #3 (posts events which would be a similar post type to Jobs but different content and categories and be separate from jobs with its own search?).

Answer: Unfortunately, WP Job Manager does not offer an Events feature and there is no option to create Events. This would be a custom feature.

Question: We would just need to charge a base fee to post a job (e.g. $10), and if possible, charge a % for certain jobs. I don’t need packages, so which of these plugins would be best for a base fee only?

1 – https://astoundify.com/products/wp-job-manager-listing-payments/ 2 – https://wpjobmanager.com/add-ons/simple-paid-listings/

Answer: Jobify will only allow you to use WC Paid Listings or the Simple Paid Listings plugin. Our Listing Payments plugin is currently not compatible.

Keep in mind the Simple Paid Listings plugin is a more simplified version of the Paid Listings plugin. Both just allow for a one-time payment fee.

Hope this answers your questions today.

Hello! I have searched and searched for days on how to fix this problem. For the map, it is showing for a few seconds…until I scroll up or down. Once I scroll the page, it shows a gray box. I have enabled and disabled APIs with no luck. Activated and deactivated plugins with no luck. Both the theme and WP Job Manager are up to date. I have combed through the forums for help. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!

This might be due to the “Key Restriction” settings you have set. Can you set the “Key Restriction” setting to “None”. This should resolve your issue today!

Hi … final 2 questions:

1- what does the “Bookmark” this job do? after book marking it .. how can i go back to it again?

2- How do i make the “Memberships” . i mean to give an employer access to 5 resumes and 3 job postings?

Hello there,

Hope you are doing well today!

Question: 1- what does the “Bookmark” this job do? after book marking it .. how can i go back to it again?

Answer: The Bookmark plugin allows candidates a way to bookmark and save a list of jobs they are interested. Once Bookmarked, they can view a list of Jobs they bookmarked on a different page.

Question: 2- How do i make the “Memberships” . i mean to give an employer access to 5 resumes and 3 job postings?

Answer: You can use the WC Paid Listing plugin in order to Create Listing Packages to charge a fee for posting jobs. You can also charge a fee to view Resumes using the WP Job Manager Packages plugin.

Hope this helps!

Fernando

Dear sirs,

There is a problem with using Jobify on multisite WP when child theme is activated. There are no changes appear after editing Jobify Classic (functions.php or style.css files). Even no result when creating my own child theme by codex instructions.

But it works normaly on one site WP regime. So, it seems like Jobify doesn’t work well in multisite regime, does it?

Actually, it is my presale question. Because I tried to help to my friend with the same question and had no result. And now I need this theme for my own needs, but only if I’ll be sure that it is possible to use multisite regime and child theme workable.

Hi Kivo,

Hope you are doing well today.

Jobify does work on a WordPress Multisite environment. Both our Extended and Classic Demos are perfect examples of this. As they run on a WordPress Multisite environment.

Something may not be setup correctly, but we can take a look through our support channel as we would need to have a closer look at this issue. Tell your friend he can contact us through support and we will be happy to assist with this.

Kind Regards,

Fernando

Sorry, it turns out the Maintenance plugin of the author Fruitfulcode changed the page. I deactivated it and it all worked.

hi .. presale questions .. how can i have different access for candidate and employers .. coz i just tried somewhere, the “Candidate” can still post jobs .. how?

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today.

By default, the theme itself does not provide any restriction access. One simple solution I can suggest is using the If Menu plugin that we recommend. Allowing you to hide menu items for users based if they are logged in or have a specific role. Hiding the Job submission page for candidates.

Another option would be to use the Restrict Content Pro plugin. Which is a subscription based plugin that restricts content for users based on subscription. If the user does not have a certain subscription they will not have access to the page at all.

Hope this answers your question today!

Kind Regards,

Fernando

Hi, I’m using WP Job Manager Field Editor. Can I make a custom resume filter for additional fields? Thank)

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today!

The Field Editor plugin will allow you to create custom submission fields for the Resume submission page. These fields can then be used as filters, but the Field Editor plugin does not offer the creation of filters. Creating filters will require custom code modification at this time.

Hope this answers your question.

Fernando

Hey, I’m interested in building out almost identical to your full plugins / addons demo. I know these addons are sold separately. Do you have a list of all the plugins used so that I can reference and make those purchases? Like I said, pretty much identical to your demo is what I need, thanks!

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today.

You can see a list of the plugins our Extended Demo uses here: What Paid Plugins Are Used on the Jobify Extended Demo Once you purchase the theme, you can follow our Getting Started Guide to set up your website like our demo.

Kind Regards,

Fernando

hi… when i pay for the theme 59 $ ,i will get all the plugins of WP Job Manager and all the addons with it?

Hello there!

Hope you are doing well!

The $59 price only includes the theme. It is not bundled with any premium plugins, unfortunately. The theme itself will get you started with all the features the Jobify Classic demo has.

Kind Regards,

Fernando

It is possible to modify page where companies look for candidates and can only see only a minimum part of the CV. To see the complete Cv company should pay for each cv? If so, I will buy right away Thank you

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well and thanks for your interest in our Jobify theme.

You can integrate the WP Job Manager Packages plugin which will allow you to purchase a package to view Resume pages or even jobs. Check it out.

I believe that is the solution you are after.

Hope this helps!

Kind Regards,

Fernando
