Thank you for using our item and sorry for the delayed message. The Artcore project pagination was planned to be used when you have a huge amount of projects posted. When you have just a few projects items posted and you split them accros pages you will end up with the filter feature showing blank pages. The best approach in your case is to choose to show all the projects in just one page, since the filter feature would be used by the visitor to choose which project to see you wouldn’t have any issue. In order to show all the projects in just one page, proceed this way:
- In your WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Project Settings.
- For the Project Settings field enter -1 to choose to show all the projects in just one page.

1 – In your WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance > Customize > Custom Code Integration
2 – In the Custom CSS field paste the snippet of CSS code below

Hey guys. Love the theme, but I’m having an issue with the portfolio that I can’t figure out.
All of my portfolio items were constructed identically, but when they’re live on the site, two of them render with heights that are taller than the rest. It’s creating a really ugly effect where they offset the rest of the items on the page. I’ve already tried resizing and replacing the photos, which didn’t work.

Sorry for the delayed replie, due the weekend. The issue is happening due the aspect ration of the image, all the project images to be used as feature image should have the minimum size of 840×525. Proceed this way:
1 – In your WordPress Dashboard go to Projects > All Projects. 2 – Edit the project post with the wrong image size. 3 – Upload a new image with the dimensions specified above. 4 – Now go to Plugins > Add New 5 – Type the words Regenerate Thumbnails and install the plugin Regenerate Thumbnails by (Viper007Bond) author. 6 – Activate it and go to Tools > Regenerate Thumbnails to make your new uploaded images the correct size and ration.

Hello. I’ve noticed an error message pop up on the top of our site recently. We are also in fact using a child theme. I have deactivated all plugins, as well as individually to rule out any plugin conflicts so it isn’t a plugin. If I activate the parent theme, the error goes away. Why is it only showing with the child theme?

Thank you for using item. Regarding your question the mobile menu works properly as you can state in our online demo.
In your particular case your mobile menu is broken due some inconsistence in the Section Start and Section End page builder wrapper blocks, when you have such inconsistence the system throws extra markup and this way breaks your mobile menu.
In order to solve it, please go to Appearance > Page Builder check carefully every Section Start and Section End wrapper blocks for your HomePage Template and take a closer look if they have the same settings.
For example if the Section Start block is marked to have a standard layout then your Section End block should have a standard layout too. 1 – Identify the id or class name of the first team member block, you can try this using the Google Chrome Inspector or Firebug.
2 – In your WordPress Dashboard go to Appearance > Custom Code Integration > Custom CSS
3 – With the id or class name for the first block you have identified you can try the snippet of CSS code below:

}

Hi, just purchased and was starting to add testimonials on the test website. When we add a text combination with “st” the “st” is deleted by your theme. I’d like to know why the main menu keeps the default font and not change to the one selected in Typography on customize. Is there a way to choose the same google font, for example Roboto Condensed, for the menu and footer titles etc. Thank you

Im with SImonysandra – how do you edit the blocks contents, How do you edit any content in the site. When I go to the editor – all i see is PHP page contents. Am i really to do that actual work within the code??? I see no place to edit anything in a WYSIWYG format – but the menu and slider revolution area.

I got it – once open there is another zip file within. When i loaded it up – it not at all like i had purchased. i expected it like i saw it where I then change it. Also it asks is to install plugins, There a problem with Widgets Importer/Exporter plugin, wont install. I saw the above The link to the supporter forum is not working.
