Good morning, I have a problem with responsive management. I’ve duplicated a row and want a row to see it on the desktop and the other one on all other devices. If I go on Effect -> Hide Row and set the settings nothing works.

Also the logo that is on the sticky header on all pages except the home page loses alot of quality and is pixelated.

I activated the WizeLaw theme in one ftp/live website. I was asked to work on the website on a local environment, to avoid any interruption on the live site. I installed the theme on my localhost but when I try to activate the product, it says that the purchase code is already in use. I was trying to get to that panel where we are able to login with a username and password, that you get after you activate the theme for the first time! Can you help me out, please?

Am I right in thinking that this theme supports the WPML plugin, and the language selector etc. is styled to sit in the header of the theme?
Also, is it allowed to use the demo content’s images for the final product?

Hi I love your theme but I cannot get the logo to show crisp no matter what dimensions I try. My actual logo is in png format and a decent large size, but no matter what Logo Height I set it is still blurry. I have done many logos the same format with other themes and they work fine, dont know what the best settings are for your theme. Please advise, thank you!

Theme is quality, but activation system is terrible. Made a big problem for me when I moved from developer machine to production server. I now urgently need to reset the code, and it’s still says ‘already activated’.

You only have forum as support. I wrote there.
The forum was closed more than a month ago, currently, all our customers have personal accounts where they can manage purchase codes and get dedicated support. Please send your site credentials and we will check it for you. Maybe you have outdated version of the theme.
Hi GT3 Help Team – looked through your support forum – but didnt see any answer into the sticky header function on mobile. On Mobile / Tablet it is not sticky, meaning one need`s to scroll up again to see it.. is there a quick fix / change that we can do to have the header – sticky / fixed on tablet / mobile as welll ? Would be great. Other than that – super work 
Hello! We don’t provide sticky menu for mobile devices, there aren’t any bugs that require fixing. But sure I will ask developers about the ability to display it on mobile.
And one more question – in regards to the Header above content option .. I am trying to get the header to show above the slider and content (the pictures are being cut off by the opaque header) The theme option doesnt fix this.. Is there a known issues that i can look into to get it to work?
Thanks – would be really appreciated since tablet`s are more and more in the hands of clients – the look should there be as on the desktop i feel – so it would be really great to have a quick line of code instead of having to customize it 
I discussed the question about sticky menu with the developer. We provide special tab to scroll up to the top. The sticky menu can’t be added because the menu width can take a lot of space in content part on mobile devices. If you have a lot of items in the open toggle mode the screen height will not provide ability to scroll all the ones.There can be issues in using. About the second question, did you set the background opacity? Please note, if you want to get support and sk questions please use GT3 account. Thx. I see the possible issues that could arise. Is there maybe a line where it is deactivated for mobile – that could be (for seeing it) changed back = ?

Hey Gt3 – do you guys have an email ? Havent received a login as of yet. Meanwhile i moved the template from the staging server to the prod one and since no settings in the theme options menu can be saved without activating the theme – i had to activate it. After moving i can´t 1) deactivate the license on the staging server and 2) i can´t enter the license on the prod server. In both cases it gives out an error code. So – can you do that manual ? Deactivate my license on the server it was installed? So that i can activat it on the prod one.

What do you mean Register your profile? I dont see any option to do that. Is there a way to contact you via email to get this sorted?
Please go to Theme options=> Product activation http://prntscr.com/gyeaei If the purchase code was activated successfully the next step is to add your email to create GT3 Account. Check your mailbox in few minutes to get the email with account details (link, user login and password).
